restrict to edit SOA records for subscription, but allow to manage DNS records
It requires either limit user's ability to change the DNS zone timers (TTL, refresh, expiry...) or to limit them to a preset minimum, while still being able to edit the domain's records.

Disable Plesk toast notifications
When backups are created manually a Toaster notification is shown. This also applies when creating backups via CLI or API. In case multiple backups are run via CLI or API (for example overnight) the next time an Admin logs into Plesk he gets flooded with Toaster notification.
It would be nice to have an option to disable Toaster notifications for backups.

Introduce other MFA methods besides the phone app
As for now, MFA extension is limited only to a phone app. It would be useful to introduce other authorization methods (e.g. mail) for this extension.

Display full cronjob output when running cronjob manually in Plesk
Currently when manually starting a scheduled task in Plesk the script/command output is cut off when the output is long. It would be helpful if the full output could be displayed. That would make debug for example much easier.

Force certain group of users only (administrators or customers) to use 2FA, not all users.
Currently, when setting up 2FA, it is possible to enforce all users on server (administrators and customers) to use 2FA. The idea is to enforce the administrators to use 2FA, not customers or enforce customers instead.

Preset the option to block XML-RPC requests for new WordPress installations
Hello!
It would be nice to have a feature where one can select XML-RPC to be blocked for all newly installed WordPress websites installed via the WordPress Toolkit in Plesk.
At the moment, only the option to preset disabled wp-cron.php is available, but no such option is present for blocking requests to XML-RPC.
The customers never use it, but also do not block it from their end and it is a hassle to do it manually for every new WP site.
Would it be possible to add such a feature to the WP Toolkit settings?1 voteThank you for your suggestion. We will consider this functionality in upcoming releases if it is popular. Everyone, please continue voting for this feature if you consider it important.

Allow to preselect a different language for Awstats per domain
Hi,
It is difficult to select a language in awstats. Can we build a nice menu for in every domain that is hosted on the server to select a language that we all want to have for that particulair domain.
Kind of regards,

A differential report to compare the DNS template to all or multiple domains on a server to see only items that are "differences" or exceptions to the template, not every DNS entry for a domain.

Letsencrypt wildcard certificate, check dns and continue automatically
When creating a wildcard certificate for a domain where we are hosting the DNS, letsencrypt creates the required DNS record automatically, but then shows a dialog telling us to check the dns before continuing.
Since plesk created the DNS record and the DNS points to our server, the plugin should be able to verify that the DNS is good and continue automatically.
If we are not hosting the DNS and we have to manually create the record before continuing, the tools can easily display a 'check dns' button that will do the dns lookup and confirm if good or not.

Add an additional permission that manages the ability to manage vhost type only (website, forwarding, no hosting). Currently this is bundled with "Domains management" permission, which if unchecked, will also not allow the creation of new domains.

Plesk Backup & Restore IV - protocol functionality
Plesk Backup & Restore IV
I personally think it's better to save all backup logs in a MariaDB / mySQL database table so that I can search for problems there later. So searchable logs with timestamps and users per domain / all domains, sometimes also by topic such as "email" / "database" / "files" / "configuration"

Plesk Backup & Restore III - Wrong Option
The output during import in any combination whether "database only", "files only", "configuration only" is really insufficient, no information is passed on, e.g. the individual steps mentioned above, when importing a "domain" the domains all run as above, but for which task and how far the individual task is completely missing. Perhaps the old progress bar should be kept and another one should be shown where the individual steps are carried out, the more details the better.
At the end after the import, unfortunately you can only see the "date and time" and not what was imported at all. I'm…

Remove All Files / Packages From The Previous Plesk Obsidian Release(s) As Part Of Plesk's Upgrade Process
As per the title. When any Plesk Obsidian release is upgraded to the next release, many files and/or packages are simply left in place and not removed as part of the Plesk installation process. Without patient and time-consuming manual "clean-up" exercises, all of these now unused and non-functional files and/or packages, simply accumulate and (just like garden weeds do in the real world) take up useful and valuable server real estate, but for no purpose. It's a little surprising that this is still happening, when nearly all software packages provide this as a default action.
