This is why I see that --no-zip doesn’t work in the right way, is not useful that Plesk use a switch like --no-zip and the destination direc
Plesk 12 on Windows
Actually, pleskbackup utility uses a flag named --no-zip where files into the destination compressed folder are not previously compressed, but Windows OS read the .zip extension of the folder like a compressed file and this increase so much the backup time (this because become a great I/O consumption).
I think this is not much useful, the correct behavior should be that when a --no-zip switch is used, the destination is not a ZIP file but a standard directory!

Email Notification options
We would like to see some customization available in the email notifications. In particular the application updates emails, we would like to see new updates available and an option to include all updates that need to be applied, so that those updates that have not be applied could be included in the email as well.

Agent option instead of only reseller.
Now we can only create resellers who will be able to create new web spaces for customers. But what I need are agents who will create new we spaces under my company with my plans.
So far I can't find the option for resellers to provide only the plans I provide. I think it's ok for agents to be able to manage the customers they brought to my company and give them support if needed. But they may not delete an account or suspend it. Would this be possible?

Repair permission button
it will helpful add a button to repair permission of files. Especially when a website is blocked by plesk.

Provide a "try again" button for failed domain transfers.
Because my domain didn't transfer and I can't get any help.
1 voteIf there is serious problem in process of domain transfer – “try again” button will not help and can lead to much more problems. Keyboard shortcuts on control panel
It's great if we have some keyboard pre-defined shortcuts to call some main functions that make our life better.
Products from Atlassian like JIRA and Confluence have this shortcuts and are great.

Ability to change the sent from email for scheduled tasks.
Currently you have to set the administrative user to some other email address in order to have the system send the scheduled tasks email to the address that you want to use for administrative emails. This is due to the fact that it sends the email from the same user it sends to, and causes DMARC issues, and proper email systems mark the email as spam. The interface needs to allow you to set the admin email to whatever you want and then allow you to select a different email address to send from for any task in Plesk.

Make a default installation for open xchange usable in plesk
Open xchange is a great alternative server to ms exchange.
Implementing this into a plesk managed server is possible, plesk has a apk for ox. But a working ox installation is a must to get it working - and a default ox installation into a plesk managed server is not easy at all.
So please integrate an option to install and configure ox like done by horde.
OX is graet in working with iOS, ms outlook or any standard mail client, handling calendar and contacts too!1 voteUnfortunately, due to nature and complexity of Open-Xchange, it’s not possible to achieve the level of integration smoothness similar to Horde (note that Horde is a local webmail, while OX is a remote mail server).
