  1. Add an opportunity to migrate additional FTP accounts with 'crypt' password via Plesk Migrator

Add an opportunity to migrate additional FTP accounts with 'crypt' password via Plesk Migrator

Right now, these accounts are not migrated because Plesk cannot store hashed passwords for system users

  2. Add hide "Hard quota on disk space" notice option for customer

Permission "Hard disk quota assignment" does not allow to manage "Hard quota on disk space" for customer, but it doesn't hide "Hard quota on disk space" notice for customer in "Web Hosting Access"
It's required to hide this notice for customer.

  3. Let pci_compliance_resolver --enable postfix also set FORWARD SECURITY and go dor TLSv1.3

Even though server supports TLS 1.2, the cipher suite configuration is suboptimal. It is recommend to configure the server so that the cipher suites providing forward secrecy (ECDHE or DHE in the name, in this order of preference) and authenticated encryption (GCM or CHACHA20 in the name) are at the top. The server must also be configured to select the best-available suite!

    also there is TLSv3 https://tools.ietf.org/html/rfc8446
(and draft is used already a long time by many;)

    http://www.postfix.org/TLS_README.html

And while Playing on Mailserver think about MTA Strict Transport Security (Draft standard) and Email DANE / TLSA.

  6. Website Importer must allow FTPS connections

Let's face it, any host doing things right will have plain FTP disabled. Therefore the Website Importer will almost always fail. It absolutely has to be able to connect over FTPES/FTPS. Is this even on the roadmap? It's a great feature, if only it could work.

  7. Anonymize IP in logs instead of disabling them completely

It would be great to have an option to anonymize IP addresses, not to disable it completely to get rid of issues with statistics displaying. For example as it is for Plesk on Linux.

Currently, Plesk for Windows has an option to completely disable IP addresses logging In Tools & Settings > Server Settings which affects web statistics.

  8. editable global mime types for apache (default for all virtual hosts)

By default, apache will return wrong mime types for some file extensions (for examples font files).

We can add additional mime types per website, however we can't edit them globally for all websites via plesk.

We can achieve this by editing /etc/apache2/conf-enabled/mime-types.conf manually from cli, however plesk could provide a more comfortable way to do it.

Please add option to edit global mime types that will be used by all virtual hosts by default and overridden if website has its own instructions.

  9. Allow resellers to unban IPs banned by Fail2Ban

    Hi.

It would be very usefull to be able to allow resellers to unban IPs banned by fail2ban.

This should be a given permission that would be given to specified resellers or even possibly to clients.

    Cheers.

I would like to be able to acquire SSL certificate of Let's Encrypt for subdomain of www.

  12. System Updates and Extension Updates History

It would be nice to have a simple listing of the last 30 days or so history of System Updates and Extension Updates. Currently when Plesk updates System components or extensions automatically, we're left wondering what was updated, unless we dig into the server logs via command-line. Thanks for all your hard work BTW.

  15. Adjust the Website Log Checker to not show errors related to blocked xmlrpc.php requests by ModSecurity

Currently, Website Log Checker flags rejectred access to xmlrpc.php as issues of "Modsecurity: access denied with access code 403" kinds of errors. Additionally, the requests to xmlrpc.php is being blocked by WP Toolkit security measure "restrict access to xmlrpc.php"

ModSecurity protects website by detecting and blocking dangerous requests. If ModSecurity rules are disabled, the extra layer of protection is lost.

Relying only on WP Toolkit to block access is risky. If I forget to set it up, my site could be left vulnerable. ModSecurity is reliable, and I woouldn’t remove it just to clean up logs.

    My Suggestion: Adjust the…

  16. Allow importing external DNSSEC keys (KSK/ZSK) into Plesk DNSSEC interface

Allow importing external DNSSEC keys (KSK/ZSK) into Plesk DNSSEC interface

Currently, Plesk’s “Use Existing Keys” DNSSEC feature only works if keys were previously generated by Plesk itself and are already present in its internal database.

There is no way to import an externally generated KSK/ZSK key pair into Plesk’s DNSSEC interface, which makes DNSSEC domain migrations difficult. Users are forced to either rotate the keys and notify the parent zone (risking downtime) or perform manual workarounds outside the GUI.

It would be valuable to add a supported method in Plesk to import legacy DNSSEC keys, allowing seamless migration of already-signed…

  17. Plesk Migrator should be able to use a sudo user's key and su to root to perform the migration

Plesk Migrator should be able to use a sudo user's key and su to root to perform the migration. This is to be done inline with VPS provider security recomendations.

  19. GDPR Compliance – Add Impressum & Privacy Policy Links to Plesk Login Page

To fully comply with GDPR requirements, it would be beneficial to have an option in Plesk that allows adding links to the Impress and Privacy Policy directly on the login page. This ensures that users have transparent access to privacy-related information before logging in.

    Requested Features:

Ability to specify Impressum and Privacy Policy URLs via the Plesk UI or a configuration file.
Display of these links at the bottom of the login page (e.g., as a footer or a separate section).
Optional: Customizable link text (e.g., "Impressum" and "Privacy Policy").

    Benefits:

Ensures GDPR compliance by making legal information easily accessible.…

  20. Add means to control which Master IP address (Private or Public) will be referenced on slave DNS servers

Currently, If Public IP address is added on the Master DNS server under Tools & Settings > IP addresses, all new zones created afterwards will have Public IP address in .nzd/nzf file on the slave DNS server. In case of Google Cloud/AWS this might not be the desired behavior since they recommend to keep the DNS traffic on the private network. Some means of controlling which Master IP address is being referenced on the slave configuration is required.
