Backup restoration - all databases of a subscription affected
Hello,
Would be a good UX/UI improvement to get informed that ALL databases of all domains under the subscription would be restored in case the subscription restored from the backup. (all configuration and content)
2 votesFrom the comments we understand that it is desired to restore only specific database(s) when doing a restore. That option is already available. Instead of restoring "all content" you can select "databases" and then pick the databases that you want to restore. As a database is not physically linked to one website project, it is technically not possible to auto-select the right database that a website project uses to auto-restore along with a website restore.

Restrict the installation of deprecated WP versions in WPTK
An option to restrict the installation of a deprecated WordPress versions in WPTK would be a nice addition.
2 votesIt remains unclear what the feature request is targeted at. On the one hand it is asking to restrict the installation of deprecated WP versions, on the other the comment is asking to have a minimum number of previous WP versions. Currently, users can select previous WP versions from the installation options for various reasons.
As there have been no further details given, we must decline the request at this time, because users already have an option to install the WP version of their choice.

Select certain IP addresses to access staging sites
Staging domains would want to either block all IP addresses except for a few (developers and clients) or redirect to the production site.
2 votesThe per-domain setting of allowed or blocked IP address is already available. In the domain's dashboard select the "Hosting & DNS" tab, then "Apache & nginx settings". On that page configure "Deny access to the site" with "Enter custom value". There you can block ip address and subnets or all from access, but you can also allow ip addresses and subnets to pass the barrier.

Recreate /var/www/vhosts/system folder and sub-folders with plesk repair fs or any other command
Plesk's 'plesk repair fs' utility detects that folders do not exist, however, it fails to recreate them inside '/var/www/vhosts/system'. A new command or adjustments to the current command should allow recreation of such folders like 'example.com/logs', 'example.com/conf'. When manually created, files are created by the repair tool.

Google Auth also for customer not only admin
Actually 2 step is supported only for admin account.

Change location of Mail Importing button
The Mail Importing option from the Site Import is located at main Dashbord tab and not at Mail tab.

To make it easier to configure DKIM, SPF, and DMARC Protection are automate the process
The guidelines about how to enable DKIM, SPF, and DMARC Protection are difficult to read and understand how to implement. It would be easier to automate this process. Especially because those are very important for mail and web safety.
2 votesWhen you add a domain in Plesk and Plesk is also the nameserver for your domain, DKIM, DMARC and SPF records are automatically added to the DNS configuration. If you do not have DKIM enabled by default but add it later, the record is added to DNS, too. There is no need for manual configuration when you use Plesk for DNS.

I need TTF (True Type Font) support for use with/in a PHP Captcha class.
There are different kind of Security steps we have to take in use for the user interaction. CAPTCHA is the main item in this respect when we provide users with front end data input(via any form) and in some cases all forms do not support Google Re-Captcha, then we have to use custom PHP Captcha class to complete the security steps of user submitted data within a form.
For most of the character based Captcha, they mostly used TTF font (True Type Font).
So, Please add support for TTF Fonts with Plesk.
2 votesTTF themselves are just font files. If you want to create images including TTF fonts, this is solely done by your software and does not need any specific support on the web server or operating system. If you want to enable TTF downloads, meaning that TTF can be used by surfers directly from your website, you need to add a MIME type for your file. This can already be done and is described here: https://support.plesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/115003017653-How-to-configure-MIME-types-for-a-domain-in-Plesk
Should this not meet your expectations, please add a more detailed description to this feature request what you understand by "support for TTF fonts".

Adding notes for backups
It would be nice to be able to add a note that gives us some hint why a backup was taken for manual on-demand backups.

As an user of Plesk and Virtuozzo, following CentOS died, I want Plesk to support vzLinux. I think it is the best fit for Virtuozzo/OpenVZ based VPS.

Change Backup Manager time format from AM/PM to 24h and vise verse
Add the possibility to change the time format in Backup Manager as AM/PM is America standard and 24h format is European standard.
2 votesVerified that the time is shown according to the language locale selected for the Plesk user surface. For example when the language "English" is selected, the time is shown as AM/PM, when the language "French" is selected, it is shown as 24h format.

Add the option to monitor the Disk I/O in Advanced Monitoring
Add the option to monitor the Disk I/O and Latency in Advanced Monitoring, as it would save a lot of time for the Users and Support, as with a graphical output you would directly see in the history that there is something wrong with io performance on the disk. Currently , we only have a real-time performance of Disk I/O via Process List or to use iotop utility.
2 votesThis feature is already available since Plesk Monitoring 1.2.0, the graphs is available under the "Disk" tab. The graphs can be not shown in some cases if operation system does not provide Disk related metrics (e.g. if Plesk is running inside a Virtuozzo container; in that case, it makes sense to monitoring Disk metrics on the host system).
If you prefer external monitoring and would like to have all metrics are collected centralized, this feature is also available. Since Plesk Monitoring 2.0.0, it is possible to integrate the Plesk Monitoring extension with 360 Monitoring (see https://360monitoring.com/product-features/server-monitoring/ for details).

Add possibility to secure IceWarp webmail from Plesk
By current design of Plesk SSL certificates selected to secure webmail in Plesk doesn't secure IceWarp webmail URL.
Consider adding this functionality.
2 votesEvery domain or subdomain can be secured by a free SSL certificate by Plesk. There is nothing special about IceWarp that would prevent SSL for the domain or subdomain used for their webmail application.

Add an staging option similar to the WP-Toolkit one for other CMS systems and applications
Would be great to have an option to create a staging site for other CMS/Applications, similar to what is offered in WP-Toolkit for WordPress.
For example for Shopware, etc
2 votesIt will not be possible to add such an option to all popular software, as there are too many different applications used in too many different scenarios. Instead, Plesk already includes "website copying" and "website import" functions that make it very easy to clone an existing installation to another domain or subdomain. Exporting and importing a database is also available and very easy to use. Please choose these options if you want to clone a website.
I you are looking at a functionality like the WP Toolkit for other software, Plesk has a free API for extensions, so that the vendors of the software packages can provide their own toolkits to manage their software.

Adding functionality to restore a non-existing domain or subscription from a server-wide Plesk backup
I suggest adding functionality to restore a domain or subscription from a server-wide backup on the Plesk server, where this domain or subscription is missing (for example, it was deleted before). This is very inconvenient when you have to create a nonexistent subscription, then restore it, and then separately restore the domain in it.
2 votesIt is not only possible to restore non-existent customers, subscriptions and websites, but also more granular objects such as mail acounts, databases etc. (please see the attached screenshot). When restoring a subscription, it is not necessary that the subscription already exists. If the whole customer account does not exist, you can also restore the full account from a backup. There is no need to create that account before a restore is done.

Ability to remove or hide the "Feedback and Survey" section
Ability to remove or hide the "Feedback and Survey" section which appears with the Dynamic list enabled on a new Plesk installation.
Is it possible to change the language? it Does not appear in a different language than English.
2 votesWe understand that one cause for this request was that the survey was conducted in English so that the banner did not match the language of the panel. At the moment there are no plans to translate surveys.
For feedback and link options of the panel and many other configuration options, please install the free "panel.ini Editor" extension. You will find the available variables in the [feedback] section. You might also be interested in the [rating] and [promos] options. There is much to discover.

Allowing additional email addresses for mailuser
This would allow mail users to perform a password reset on their own. Currently this is not possible, because the email with the reset link would be sent to the own address. (To which the users usually have no more access without a password)
For reasons of data protection, it would make sense that the email passwords can be reset independently and not by the provider.
2 votesFor each mailbox an external-to-domain mail address can be stored to which a password reset mails will be sent should the "forgot password" link be used by the mailbox user. This additional address can be configured on the mailbox configuration page.
