Continue ColdFusion support
You have discontinues ColdFusion support as from Plesk version 12.5

But I'm 100% sure that it would be great to go back to its support because CF is not abandoned technology and still popular.
At the beginning of 2023 ColdFusion's market share is <0.8% among frameworks. The low market share and the very low number of votes on this feature request is an indication that this may not be the future of web design and software development. Instead, Plesk focuses on supporting widely used frameworks and rising technologies. For that reason we must decline this request.

This is one of the primary reasons we abandoned Plesk.

We configured out Plesk server to configure all sites to run ColdFusion, but we really miss the ability to create data sources. ColdFusion or even just the relatively simple DSN support would be great as a plugin!

I tree servers and all my sites developed by coldfusion. And really it is not good news from Plesk.
I think it would be better if you sale a component as before for supporting coldfusion. I love coldfusion and i can pay for have it. -

I NEED this! a lot of our development is still done in CF. pretty angry that i cannot upgrade our plesk 12 to plesk 12.5... if you are going to take away support for this and prevent me from upgrading to plesk 12.5, then i suggest you STOP charging me to use your software and give it to me for free...

I cannot disclose all details, however we ourselves can see lots of sites hosted on Plesk. ColdFusion has always had small share, but last few years it had become extremely small.
Practically I doubt you can find anywhere an evidence of the opposite. All sources indicate very small usage of ColdFusion.
So at the moment we are not interested in supporting it.

Dear Serge L, could you please let me know more (if that's possible) about sources of your information regarding CF popularity? Client of mine is a big Plesk user with big ColdFusion infrastructure and recent stop of CF support caused negative impact on his business - I would like to provide him some facts about nowadays situation with CF so he could consider other business strategies.
Any info about this will be much appreciated.
Thank you in advance.
