Allow sharing of backup file by URL
If customer asks for downloadable copy of a backup but has no access to Plesk, it would be helpful to pass them a downloadable link

Allow copying a backup in File Sharing section
Useful if a customer ask for a downloadable copy of its site for personal archiving or moving to another provider. Actually we must download the backup locally and reupload, or moving the file via shell.

It would be useful if a customer asks you to send them a backup copy of the domain. So you can send them a link, maybe password-protected or timed, to download the archive
