Prefix based catchall
With a GMAIL account it is possible to receive emails sent to firstname.lastname+<variable>@gmail.com
So if I sign up for example to Amazon, I can register with firstname.lastname+amazon@gmail.com.
This can be very useful to see, who is selling my email address and to prevent spam.
Thank you for your input!
Unfortunately, we have to close your request, because over the years it has not become quite popular for further implementation.

It's exactly what I use now. I create an alias for every site I sign up. But it's not very nice to create an alias each time if I want to register for something.

A workaround is possible. You can create email alias on tab "Email aliases". As an example, alias "user+amazon@example.com" for user@example.com.
