We are happy to announce that HTTP/3 support is now available in Plesk Obsidian 18.0.61 (https://docs.plesk.com/release-notes/obsidian/change-log/#plesk-18061). We suggest you update to Plesk 18.0.61 and check it out.

its literally a nginx update and a single word added to the Listen line in nginx config files...
listen 443 quic reuseport;
listen 443 ssl http2;done

RFC is finalized. Even if issues with quic/http3 would come up in the future, there is no reason not to implement it right now.
Http3 would be a great enhancement -
