Come on Plesk, this needs to be done. You started a long time ago and you give no updates on it. At least give people an update on the progress and eta.

i would say fix the Server Health GUI for the ppl on Plesk web admin edition that are lock in the ''Power User view'' and have no GUI for the Server Health ... we can install the Health Monitor in the Add and Remove Product Components of the Web Admin Edition but we have no GUI ...
the devs has bin saying there working for a fix but its bin 3 years and still no fix and no fix on the new Plesk Onyx v17.0.17 ....
so adding Health Monitor to the Statistics section page would fix it .... see this bug :

It is very important to know who exactly cause "server health" problems.

Server Health not only should show CPU usage by domain, but total CPU usage and total memory usage. When a server starts to feel slow it is very important to know of one of those capacity limits have been reached. Not only for a given website, but for the whole system.
All info should be logged,At the same time, alarm emails should be much more configurable. For example, if you run a batch process during the night, that will trigger the alarm every night. If there is some momentary limit every now and then that lasts few seconds, that will trigger the alarm also. Alarms should be configurable to act with an start-end daily calendar and you should be able to tell it to warn you if the limit is reached for more than 2 minutes or so.
