Separate Hosting-Type setting from other hosting settings
In Plesk 12.5 users can only change the hosting type if they are also granted permissions to add CGI, Perl or other insecure options to their domain. While changing the hosting type is secure, all the other settings are insecure for the hosting company.
Users should be able to set their hosting type while they should not be able to change other hosting settings. It is very common that users change a redirect to a website and a website to a redirect. Agent option instead of only reseller.
Now we can only create resellers who will be able to create new web spaces for customers. But what I need are agents who will create new we spaces under my company with my plans.
So far I can't find the option for resellers to provide only the plans I provide. I think it's ok for agents to be able to manage the customers they brought to my company and give them support if needed. But they may not delete an account or suspend it. Would this be possible?

Keyboard shortcuts on control panel
It's great if we have some keyboard pre-defined shortcuts to call some main functions that make our life better.
Products from Atlassian like JIRA and Confluence have this shortcuts and are great.

Pull files from Remote Server
Plesk has ability to copy files to another site. But in case of shifting of hosting often we need to pull files from another server. It should have the option to copy files/folders directly from another remote server via FTP.

Clarify "Web Hosting Access", "Web Server Settings", and "Hosting Settings" in the Power User view
As an IT professional and software developer, I find the most confusing part of the panel to be the distinction between "Web Hosting Access", "Web Server Settings", and "Hosting Settings" in the Power User view.
Under "Web Hosting Access", it feels like "System user" and "Hard quota on disk space" make sense, but the "IP Addresses" setting is in the wrong place. I would think that the IP addresses would be configured under "Hosting Settings".
"Web Server Settings" page is a hodge-podge of both Apache and Nginx settings. Why not split this screen into separate tabs -- one for Apache…

Disable file access for users.
I'd like the option to disable user's access to the web UI files tab and FTP.

Number of Apache processes every 5 or 10 minutes
I would like have a log of date-time, number of Apache processes the server has spawned and the memory used by Apache at regular intervals (say 10 minutes). Better if the log can be enabled/disabled or the interval can be changed. This could give more insight into the server load than the process list and will be a powerful reference for server tuning. Is this feature already available in Plesk?

Refresh the site content faster and restrict log files to max amount of data
After removing a large LOG file it takes ages before it is shown in the stats Why does it take so absurd long??? and why can a log file grow to +/+ 3GB ? a think a FIFO aproach combined with a max data amount value would be nice

not only it has nothing to do with controlling a server but you will also put a lot of Wordpress specialist without work if customers are able to update it with a click on a button.

I using Parallels panel in my windows server to provide IIS server. So we don't need any PHP, Wordpress services. However, we cannot find anywhere can turn off some useless application in control panel. it make a lot of problems.....
