.Net Toolkit: Automatically Restart Application after having published new Version
.Net Toolkit: Automatically Restart Application after having published new app version.
When setting up a .Net App using your .Net Toolkit (which works great), it would be amazing if the app could be restarted automatically after having pushed a new version to the git publish repository.
Currently, one has to disable and then enable the application manually. Restart by the way has no effect - at least not what I have seen so far.
This change would be amazing. Thank you!

Monitor active mailbox connections (IMAP, SMTP and Exchange)
It would be useful to implement some sort of notification or monitoring system, that will indicate when and where the connection to the mailbox is established.

Show timestamp on plesk notifications & timeout for disappearance
Plesk should include timestamps on each notification that pops up.
We as plesk administrator should have an option to enable pop up timeout to appear in the ui and set it by seconds/hours.For example, if you add a domain and a pop up of failed SSL installation appears will make customers wonder if there's a problem and contact support.
If you installed a new wordpress instance, the pop up shows that wordpress was installed, but when?
If there was a problem running any task, a pop up will appear and stay there no matter what, even if it was…

Make the navigation tree adjustable in width.
I use nested folders on my site. The navigation tree does not have sufficient width to show them without constantly moving the bottom slider. Either the ability to drag the vertical scroll or a 'setting' would be extremely useful.

It would be great if Plesk could store customers and resellers data on different disks depending on the amount of space they use.

Ability to create event alerts for site downtime due to quarantine or updates
Currently, WP toolkit doesn't have a feature to support external event handlers and it doesn't provide such events for Plesk's action logs.
Enabling this possibility would allow more control of website availability.

Please support OpenLDAP in Plesk
I am looking into options on how to use LDAP with mail users in Plesk domains. So Postfix+Dovecat config in Plesk should support OpenLDAP, and Plesk should also allow to setup, configure and administer an OpenLDAP server on a per-domain basis.

Add separate notification confirming the issue was resolved if there were email about failure
Whenever an email is sent about certificates that could not be automatically renewed (asking the user to manually inspect them), if the certificate can eventually be renewed automatically, then send an email to notify of the success. Otherwise the user only knows that something is wrong, and has no idea that it’s now good again. This success email should be sent regardless whether the user already receives notifications for any certificate renewal events or similar, because by default, one would expect that an error message is always matched by a success message, if it exists.

GUI solution for the Greylisting and restriction of header mismatch
It'll be useful to implement a GUI solution for the configuration of Greylisting and restriction mismatching of the "From" header, as right now both of them are done via CLI (in case with header, by editing the postfix/main.cf).

CLI command in Plesk for creating self-signed certificate
There is a possibility in Windows Powershell to create self-signed certificate with various settings.
For example see this info: https://blog.admindroid.com/how-to-create-self-signed-certificate-using-powershell/It would be good to have the same CLI feature in Plesk.

Ability to select the right certificate in Migrator
If a customer(account) has more than one certs in his "store" , than migrator do not use the correct one on the new destination, the extension provides always the first in store .. this is only an information, but this is very "annoying" - the migrator could be faster and the fetching is very slow too , but up to this "issue" the extension works good.

Stop postfix from delivering mail locally when MX record points externally to avoid mailbox hijack e.g. @gmail.com addresses.
Prevent mail interception / hijack where any customer can create domains when not prohibited explicitly and intercept for example a john.doe@gmail.com mailbox because SMTP will deliver this locally if the mailbox exists.
Almost every domain on the internet does have its own MX record and many of them are operate their own email server (not only Gmail). Why not address this potential security issue by checking MX records not only if the domain exists locally.

For the time being, please consider using Tools & Settings > Security > Prohibited Domain Names to prevent users from creating well-known domain names in their accounts.

Add a way to force sets during custom WP installation
Add a way to force customers to use our defined plugin sets when doing a custom WordPress installation.
Currently, there's an option to install no set. It should be possible to hide this from customers, so they have to choose from one of our sets.

Simplify the process of uploading 3rd Party Vendor SSL certificates forcing CA part to be filled
Make easier to understand that while uploading 3rd party vendor SSL certificates the CA part needs to be filled along with the key and crt parts. Currently its not mandatory.
Consider the possibility of using the "old ca file" when a certificate is renewed and the crt and key parts are uploaded manually as a new certificate.

Limit maximum crontab frequency and preventing cronjobs pile-up
Plesk administrator should be able to limit the maximum crontab frequency allowed for user's crontab (example: deny the creation of cronjob that run more often than once in 5 minutes)
Crontab pile-up should be prevented, so a user can't run a cron job if the same job isn't finished yet.
1 voteThank you for your idea.
For the time being, please consider that a script that is started via cronjob, should check itself if another instance of the same script is already running, if there is a risk that a further instance causes problems. Crontab cannot check that.
Also, please be aware that users are not bound to repeat actions in a script in a while-loop. They can easily start a script every 10 minutes, yet let it run over and over again by just putting their content into a while-loop, maybe even wait a few seconds after each iteration. So limiting them to create cronjobs for only every n minutes will not keep users from executing scripts all the time.
We'd like to hear more from other users what they think about the idea. If it still becomes popular, it might find its way into a future version of the…

plesk advisor score functionality needs enhancement
The Plesk advisor complains about not having installed the Plesk firewall, but it doesn't check iptables rules. I have setup my own iptables rules deriven and enhanced from the Plesk firewall. My setup also supports ipset rules which Plesk doesn't.
Thus, the advisor score mechanism should check if iptables rules are present and setup sophisticatedly.
