1. Custom outgoing SMTP port

   An option to customize outgoing SMTP port.
   Both for SMTP relay and direct SMTP.
   Currently there's only a temporary workaround for Google Cloud VMs with Plesk.

2. Add the option to tune the "DKIM-Signature" header

   According with RFC 8058 "Signaling One-Click Functionality for List Email Headers" (https://tools.ietf.org/html/rfc8058) in order to use the header "List-Unsubscribe" this must be included on "h" tag of DKIM sign, nowadays only "From:To:Subject;" are included on DKIM-Signature.

   The idea is to allow the option to include additional information on the Plesk generated "DKIM-Signature" "h" tag.

3. Add Let's Encrypt Support to Plesk *.domain addresses

   The new wildcard SSL support for Let's Encrypt is awesome!

   Except that it doesn't work the way a person would expect. For example, when I install a SSL from GoDaddy, I can click my "exampledomain.com" button, and add the SSL. Then I can click my " *.exampledomain.com" button, and add the SSL.

   This currently does not work with Let's Encrypt. With LE, I can click into "exampledomain.com" and set up a "*.exampledomain.com " Let's Encrypt SSL. It will properly secure exampledomain.com .

   BUT, when I go to the "*.exampledomain.com" in Plesk, and click "Hosting Settings", I cannot select the *. Let's Encrypt SSL that I just created. Therefore, none of my subdomains are secured by the wildcard SSL that is supposed to secure all subdomains.

   This really doesn't make any sense. I was informed by support that you have to create a named subdomain for each subdomain I wish to use. But that defeats the purpose of a wildcard SSL ... because if I am going to do that, I could just as easily set up an individual Let's Encrypt for each subdomain.

   The new wildcard SSL support for Let's Encrypt is awesome!

   Except that it doesn't work the way a person would expect. For example, when I install a SSL from GoDaddy, I can click my "exampledomain.com" button, and add the SSL. Then I can click my " *.exampledomain.com" button, and add the SSL.

4. More customizable password strength

   Please consider implementing more options for customization of password strength - for example disalbing it, setting allowed password to have lower than 5 symbols or the opposite - increase number of symbols required for a password.

9. Wordpress Toolkit - URL switch (main URL <=> preview URL)

   Hello,

   I would like to suggest something which could be VERY helpfull to customers which are moving their Wordpress instances between servers. Lets say you have domain.com on Server1. Then you are moving it to Server2 with Plesk and Wordpress Toolkit but domain.com is still pointing to Server1. Issue with Wordpress is that if you don't use main URL then all media files (css, images etc) are not being loaded correctly and customer can't be sure if everything will work correctly when he switch DNS settings for domain.com from Server1 to Server2.

   My suggestion is that it would be great if there could be some kind of Preview switch (On/Off) called "Set preview URL as Wordpress main URL" (or something like that) where Wordpress toolkit will change Wordpress main URL in configuration table to one which is being used by preview link in Plesk.

   This could solve all preview issues with Wordpress where some of wordpress instances are redirecting to main URL on site opening (so currently it would redirect user from Server2 preview URL to Server1 main URL).

   What do you think about it? This is simple task which must change two URLs in Wordpress configuration table.

   I'm aware that some URLs are hardcoded into templates, posts, pages etc. but generally speaking setting main URL in configuration table could solve all preview issues.

11. WHMCS module / API to provision Docker containers.

    Docker support is already a killer of Plesk (something I had begged for in WHM/cPanel before switching).

    It would be epic if I could allow customers to purchase and provision a Docker container automatically from WHMCS. Obviously, there would have to be some tight control and they would only be pre-defined images. It must be a list of images that I curate since many Docker images do not provide sufficient environmental variables - example: official Redis doesn't let you pass a password, but others like bitnami/redis and
    frodenas/redis allow you to pass REDIS_PASSWORD, which is necessary for a shared environment and for management via Plesk).

    Use case: A user wants to add MongoDB to his/her services. He/she could purchase a MongoDB Docker product in WHMCS, it would use the image that I pre-define, it would ask for required and optional environmental variables like MONGODBROOTPASSWORD, MONGODB_DATABASE, etc, etc), provision it and save the environmental variables and port (and possibly the HOST if remote Docker is used) for reference in the WHMCS customer panel, and the user is up and running with zero intervention.

    Other considerations/challenges to make it work:

    1. "Container name" would default to something like "username-appname" (and if multiple, "username-appname-2", etc).

    2. WHMCS already lets you specify configurable options. I would want to be able to allow the user to choose from a pre-defined list of "memory limit" options and charge accordingly since that is the most expensive component.

    3. How to handle port mapping... I would be nice (in both Plesk and this proposed WHMCS module) if I could choose a "starting port number" and it would default to the next available port. For example, if I specified a starting port of 55300, the first container would default to that, the second to 55301, the third to 55302, and so on.

    4. There would need to be a way to configure automatic volume mapping. For example, if I wanted to map /data in the container, it would automatically map to something like /path/to/vhosts/[domain]/docker/[app name]/.

    5. This would require an upgrade to Plesk, but it would be nice to have the ability to firewall off the port from the public (either if user checks the box or if I require it globally - example, Redis doesn't typically need to be public exposed, but something like NextCloud would).

    This would probably require a third-party WHMCS ninja (such as ModulesGarden or something) since you likely wouldn't want to maintain it (not your core business, but it is theirs). They already have the excellent "Plesk Extended" extension for WHMCS.

    OF COURSE, in order for this all to happen and for anyone to knock on their door, you'd first have to expose Docker provisioning/management via your API. I imagine that would require some sort of interface / template capability for pre-defined Dockers.

    Even if the WHMCS module never happens, provisioning and management via the API would be excellent.

    I believe that this would turn a killer feature into world domination. "Do you need something hosted? We have it."

13. Visible Logout button

    Min. 95% of all users and clients do not logout from Plesk panel correctly.
    They only close the site - which causes unnecessary processes, - and security problems, e.g. when users do not logout in internet cafes or similar.
    Please realize a good visible logout button!

14. Recycle IIS application pool on specific time

    In IIS 8 I can put a specific time to recycle the application pool. See screenshot.
    But in plesk Onxy I can't. This is very misleading. Because now I have to make a scheduled task in windows to make this happen. I prefer to do this in plesk, because I want to manage all my application pools settings in Plesk Onxy not in IIS 8.

    From my opinion Plesk did already a good job to put some recycle settings in the Plesk interface. Can the specific time setting for recycling the appliction pool be added?

    To ensure the best possible compatibility of support would be very good here.
    Of course, this is not a priority but would be good.

17. compile nginx with secure_link, mp4 & flv modules

    Please can you include a version of nginx compiled with the following modules (that are required for pseudostreaming support)

    --with-httpsecurelinkmodule
    --with-httpmp4module
    --with-httpflv_module

18. allow for custom firewall rules

    currently you can do it by IP/Port, but would like to be able to add firewall rules for things like string matching. A GUI would be ideal too.

19. add the possibility to write a description to an IP

    It could be a good idea that I can write a note to each IP pointing to my server in Config > IP Addresses.

    I have some IPs used for SSL certificates, for example. I'd like to write a note to these IPs like "used for domain SSL certificate"
