Master Whitelist for All Emails
Instead of having to apply the whitelist to each email, have one that applies to all. Very time consuming if you have a lot of emails to maintain.

Where can I see which E-Mails are blocked.

Blacklist of recipient target addresses in the spamfilter (useful for wildcard mailboxes)
Hello,
I miss the functionality of managing a blacklist of target email addresses in case you have a catchall email domain.
In most cases, the originator address of spam emails changes every time, but the target address is frequently used.
So with this functionality, I could drop out invalid recipient addresses, without giving up the setup to use catchall all emails <everything>@your-domain.
This is useful to register webshops or community everytime using a separate target email address to distinguish incoming email if they are valid or not.8 votes -
automatic template setup of basic emails for new domains
Have an option for adding "info", "admin", "social", "shop" and automate the making of the addresses with templates, so for each new domain you add in Plesk these addresses with automatically generated passwords sent to admin, and all email settings fields configurable for each email account in the template(s).

Custom Email Server Help Tips
The settings for mail servers have a help tip in the email addresses management page, and in the users' Plesk Account pages.
If a Plesk server is set up strictly as a mail server, and has DNS handled remotely, the settings in the Help Tips can be incorrect.
Currently the tips only show the server as the root domain even if the mail server's actual DNS points (as an example) mail.domain.tld to the server, requiring the settings to include the subdomain.
If I add the domain as "subdomain.domain.tld" in settings, then the server tips are correct but the email addresses…

remove MailEnable WebMail
i am using smarter mail only, but there is no option to remove mail enable in add or remove components.
it was showing cannot be removed

Outgoing email limits: Please provide a way to separte in-server sendings from out server sendings (and therefore more critical)
As mentioned in http://forum.odin.com/threads/outgoing-email-limits-is-there-away-to-take-out-emails-sent-within-the-distribution.333512/#post-783419, we see that mails sent from one mailbox to another even in the same domain are taken into account for the email limit feature.
Such situations rarery arise from a stolen password or compromised clients which typically send spam to the outside world. And on the hand disturb some automatic internal tools programmed by the clients that do send mass mailings for internal processing.
Therefore we would like to have a way to out specify scope of the outgoing email limits either for everything, out-of-server emails or out-of-domain-or-subscription emails.

Add 'Add New Domain' option to 'No web hosting' subscriptions: Mail Only Plesk Server
To create a mail only Plesk server
Mail only subscriptions (No web hosting) with multiple domains currently only have the 'Add New Domain Alias' option, so all created mailboxes are done so under the main domain. It is not possible to create individual mailboxes for the additional domains.
