  1. Plesk billing solution for customer and reseller, e.g. like WHMCS

    I know that there is WHMCS billing solution but it is not intuitive and need lot of task to make it work.
    Please could you reflect including a Ready To Go billing solution, just by installing an extension, it could be a GREAT release !

  3. Show who last created, modified or deleted a file or directory (history)

    We would to like a plugin to view who is the latest person with access to plesk or ftp that you have changed or modified files and keep a record of who has modified it, the date and time.

  5. Forbid customers to remove some specific folders via FileManager or FTP

    It would be very helpful to add a new feature in Plesk in order to deny customers to remove some specific folders via FileManager or FTP.

    For example:
    Currently, any customer can get in website root folder /var/www/vhost/example.com/ > Select all folders > Remove them. This can cause a big problem as it will remove error_docs, logs, httpdocs, GIT keys and other subdomain content.

    With this new feature, Plesk administrator will be sure that these folders will not be deleted, however, the customer still will be able to create, modify, content from his folders.

  6. Disable customer log files from disk space calculation only for one subscription

    Disable customer log files from /var/www/example.com/logs from disk space calculation only for one subscription. This could be done, enabling such option in Permissions tab for the affected Service Plan's subscription.

  8. install sql server reporting services with SQL server on shared hosting. Would be a valuable & useful feature for your product & consumers.

    Availability of reporting services on SQL server would be very useful on shared web hosting. My new ISP says Plesk doesn't support reporting services. I think it would be great if you did - not every site is a blog or simple brochure style. Any small scale business site still requires reporting, and SSRS is a natural fit for ASP.Net hosting.

  9. Manage notification during database copy

    Currently, when the database is copied the notification is sent to subscription owner.
    It would be good to add functionality to disable such notifications or change the recipient mail address.

  11. Сharge customers based on their website visitors, rather than allocated server resources

    Add option in Service Plan Resources, which can regulate number of users.

    Allow set different bills by the end of period (month) according to the number of visitors

    Ability to create custom MX records via DNS Templates with <domain> placeholder in the middle of the value.

    For example, currently, it is not possible to create a record via DNS Templates:
    <domain>. MX mx.<domain>.example.com

    It can be useful for setting up an external mail service with a hostname based on a domain name.

    Allow the Plesk administrator to modify the "Account Activation" notification email that is sent when a new user is created.

    Currently there is no way to change this in Tools & Settings > Notifications.

  16. Allow disabling of Let's Encrypt on a domain by domain basis

    Currently, when giving users the ability to access SSL to add their own certificates, they can also view Let's Encrypt and create free certificates. It would be useful to allow users access to add their own certificates without giving them access to use Let's Encrypt and there is currently no way to do this.

    Additionally, any users logging in to manage their domains can see Let's Encrypt (although cannot use it) and we keep getting asked about it, so it would be useful to hide this off for users unless they specifically need access.

  18. API: let customer be able to manage his own site-aliases

    Currently only the Administrators can manage site-aliases with the API.
    Why is it not possible for customers to manage site-aliases of their own sites, while they can manage their sites and subscriptions ?
    Now I have to use administrator access in the API on a single website, which is a security issue. This website can now manage everything. I would prefer to use the credentials of the customer to manage it.

  20. Let pci_compliance_resolver --enable postfix also set FORWARD SECURITY and go dor TLSv1.3

    Even though server supports TLS 1.2, the cipher suite configuration is suboptimal. It is recommend to configure the server so that the cipher suites providing forward secrecy (ECDHE or DHE in the name, in this order of preference) and authenticated encryption (GCM or CHACHA20 in the name) are at the top. The server must also be configured to select the best-available suite!

    (and draft is used already a long time by many;)

    And while Playing on Mailserver think about MTA Strict Transport Security (Draft standard) and Email DANE / TLSA.
