To allow the possibility of hiding the "Powered by Plesk" logo that is shown once the brand logo is customized from Tools&Settings > Branding. Made Let's Encrypt extension page more informative
https://localhost:8443/modules/letsencrypt/ is a perfect place to display all domains and emails associated with the certificates and allow to modify them in bulk.
6 votesThe Let's Encrypt extension has been replaced by SSLIt extension a long while ago. Lately, since the beginning of 2023, the SSLIt extension received a makeover and now includes an informative SSL certificate overview page.

delete domain
Very very very urgent and important.
When deleting a domains , show the names of the selected domains, otherwise, very stressful to proceed, not sure about which all selected, always very stressful to delete a domain.
5 votesWhen a domain or subdomain is deleted, a prompt asking to confirm the deletion names the domain (please see attached screenshot).

Cache Functionality Tools
Cache is of huge imporatnce in hosting performance of web sites.
There are presently zero tools to help this in a simple way.
This would aid server management enormously.
4 votesNginx caching is implemented in Plesk Onyx 17.8 – https://docs.plesk.com/en-US/onyx/customer-guide/websites-and-domains/hosting-settings/web-server-settings/apache-and-nginx-settings.72320/#o79184

What about a start or tutorial page for new users built into the Plesk web app?
My dedicated Windows Server 2012 server came with Plesk 12 installed.
I'm new to Plesk. All of those settings are quite overwhelming. I don't even know where to start. Do I create users first? Do I create Service Plans first? How does a first time user even know where to start?

Possibility to use URL and SVG filetype as Plesk logo
Currently, it is only possible to upload a file in "Tools & Settings > Branding > Logo" for the plesk logo.
Following 2 things would be cool:
- Possibility to use a URL instead of a static file (we have a fileserver with our logo, when it changes we can just update it there and plesk would take the new one automatically)
- Possibility to use a SVG as logo.Currently this is not changeable, the logo is defined in /opt/psa/admin/application/default/layouts/simplified.phtml:
<header class="page-simplified__header"> <div class="page-simplified__header-inner"> <div class="page-simplified__header-logo"> <?= $this->logo(); ?> </div>
3 votesSVG files can be used. If you experience issues with uploading, you can instead click the "Logo URL" option to have the logo file loaded directly from a URL of your choice.

Indent or group subdomains when viewing domain tab
When on the domain view and everything is ordered alphabetically, it would be better if the subdomains be grouped under the main domain (in alphabetical order) or even have an indentation to indicate they are a subdomain.

Add the possibility to send a notification when a Mailbox is created
Add the possibility to send a notification when a Mailbox is created.
There are already notifications for other actions as creating customer, site, domain, etc.
3 votesPlease use the "Mail Account Created" event from Tools & Settings > Tools & Resources > Event Manager to link it to a command of your choice, e.g. a script that sends the desired mail notification.

disable PUM via plesk bin settings
please consider to add the function to disable PUM via plesk bin settings binary.
like 'plesk bin settings -s systemUpdatesTool=false'
At the moment its done via panel.ini - but using a binary would be more clean i think.
3 votesConsider ‘plesk bin settings -s automaticSystemPackageUpdates=false’

Quick Access Menu
So many awsome tools in Plesk.
But poor menu (left side bar)
If one could add any (autorized) tools to a quick menu...
Think about databases, ftp accounts, files...3 votesCan you clarify what tools you’d like to add to the left sidebar? It’s possible to use Custom Buttons now to add stuff there, FYI.
Upd: Sorry, we are closing the request as no information were provided for over a month.

Adding notes for backups
It would be nice to be able to add a note that gives us some hint why a backup was taken for manual on-demand backups.
2 votesComments for backups are available on the "Backup Settings" page.

Change Backup Manager time format from AM/PM to 24h and vise verse
Add the possibility to change the time format in Backup Manager as AM/PM is America standard and 24h format is European standard.
2 votesVerified that the time is shown according to the language locale selected for the Plesk user surface. For example when the language "English" is selected, the time is shown as AM/PM, when the language "French" is selected, it is shown as 24h format.

Ability to remove or hide the "Feedback and Survey" section
Ability to remove or hide the "Feedback and Survey" section which appears with the Dynamic list enabled on a new Plesk installation.
Is it possible to change the language? it Does not appear in a different language than English.
2 votesWe understand that one cause for this request was that the survey was conducted in English so that the banner did not match the language of the panel. At the moment there are no plans to translate surveys.
For feedback and link options of the panel and many other configuration options, please install the free "panel.ini Editor" extension. You will find the available variables in the [feedback] section. You might also be interested in the [rating] and [promos] options. There is much to discover.

Ability to add custom buttons to the Right Sidebar menu
We need to place a custom button in the Right Sidebar menu in the Customer interface, however, this option is not available in Tools & Settings > Custom Buttons > Add Link Service > Location drop-down menu selection.
As for now, this location is only available with a custom extension: https://docs.plesk.com/en-US/obsidian/extensions-guide/plesk-features-available-for-extensions/implement-ui/integrate-to-plesk-ui/add-custom-buttons.73624/
2 votesCustom buttons can be placed in the right side-bar by selecting "Common Access" from the Location drop down on the button configuration page.

Allow selecting the IP address for domains with 'Forwarding' hosting type
Currently, if forwarder is resolving to another IP address, it is necessary to change the IP address via CLI for the forwarding to function correctly.
Please allow changing the IP address via GUI.
2 votesReviewed and verified that the IP address of the domain can be selected from the "Web Hosting Access" page if the domain is configured as "forwarding".

PHP version deprecation notification
Lots of customers simply have no idea they are still using an older, deprecated PHP version, while newer ones are available. It would be nice if Plesk could send them a notification, like it does now for APS application updates and WordPress application updates.
2 votesSince Plesk Onyx 17.8 all PHP version older than 5.6 are highlighted by red color as ‘Outdated’ in Plesk interface.

Option to enable/disable individual Scheduled Tasks (Cron Job)
Like with the Firewall Rules Configuration where it is possible to enable/disable individual rules without having to delete them and add them as and when needed it would be nice to have the option to enable/disable individual Cron Jobs in the Scheduled Tasks screen.
In a cron file this would simply be accomplished by commenting out that line, which can be useful when rules need to be temporarily enabled or disabled but you don't want to loose any of their configuration in the process.
2 votesEvery scheduled task has a checkbox "Active" as the first configuration option on the task configuration dialog. You can simply check or uncheck that checkbox to enable or disable the task. In addition to that checkbox, in the list of all tasks, the tasks has a green or grey icon that indicates whether the task is active or inactive. You can also click on that icon to toggle the status of a task.

panel.ini customization
It wouldbe nice if the Plesk UI was more customizabl via the panel.ini file (or via the UI settings in the admin section).
For example we would like to hide PHP Settings, as we use CloudLinux PHP Selector, but we cannot do this currently, without disabling PHP support. It would be nice to be able to hide this, and any other icon we do not want to keep, from the customers domain view.
2 votesPlease use panel.ini Editor Plesk extension.
