  1. Disable native "PHP settings" button if LVE Manager is installed in CloudLinux

    My situation:
CoudLinux with LVE manager is installed and PHP version is being chosen in PHP selector.

Now it is hard to explain to my customers what exactly button should be clicked when there are two icons with the same functionality available:
    - PHP Settings (native Plesk's button)
    - PHP Selector (Button which becomes available once lvemanager is installed in CloudLinux).

And I suggest you to disable the native button "PHP Settings" once lvemanager is installed. In order not to confuse customers.

Or at least you can add a checkbox "Turn off native php settings button". For example under Tools&Settings…

  3. Secure Plesk mail servers with Modern authentication

Microsoft is retiring Basic Authentication soon, which means servers that do not use Modern Authentication (OAuth, 2FA, MFA, etc.) will not be able to use its mail client Outlook.

I suggest you add an option to secure Plesk's mail servers with Modern Authentication, for example by integrating it with third party apps such as Google Authenticator, Microsoft Authenticator, Duo, Okta, etc..

  4. Remove digest-md5 from dovecot and postfix configs

Seeing as the current implementation does not work with Outlook (and a lot of people use Outlook), it would make sense to remove the digest-md5 option from dovecot and postfix configs. These options keep coming back on a Plesk update so it would better to just remove them completely.

  5. Automatically apply wildcard Let's Encrypt SSL

It will be good if Plesk can implement automatically applied wildcard let's encrypt option by default.

  6. Add Nginx Jails to Fail2Ban

Plesk has - praise be - increasingly better supported Nginx, now with the option to use only Nginx, which is great.

That being so, now we need the next logical step: The Fail2Ban Jails for Apache are available, but will have no effect, as Apache is not used at all any more. So we need some Jails for Nginx.

This is not exactly rocket science, there are plenty of examples to be found on the web, the Fail2Ban distribution has some, and here's an article on digitalocean:
    https://www.digitalocean.com/community/tutorials/how-to-protect-an-nginx-server-with-fail2ban-on-ubuntu-14-04

    Search for: fail2ban nginx 404
    E.g. https://nichteinschalten.de/apache-nginx-404-fail2ban-regex/
    Note The 404 code is…

  7. Add mailqueue messages count to Advanced Monitoring / Grafana

Add the count of messages in the postfix mailq to Advanced Monitoring and Grafana. Then we have the option to get alerts if mailq goes up, in case of spam events!

We're almost there. In Plesk Obsidian 18.0.35, published on April 20th, 2021, we had already added the option to upload folders or multi-select-upload files. It may not yet be possible to download a complete directory in one step, but this can also be done in two steps by first creating an archive of it and then downloading the archive.

So this feature request is now about downloading a directory or a set of selected files in one step. Please keep voting for it if you believe that this is an important feature.

  12. Plesk Migrator : ability to exclude folder/files from migration

Sometimes, migration has to be quick.
But when there is a domain containing many big files (videos, big archive, ...) that will slow the migration process.
It would be a good idea, I think, to let the user exclude/include folder from migration process.
May be just add an option in the CLI command like :
    plesk-migrator copy-contents --skip-folders-list=[FILE WITH FOLDER LIST]

  13. If target FTP folder is missing from FTP repository, Plesk Backup Manager shall create it

When it comesto FTP Backup one can configure external FTP space and det a folder to be used.

If that folder does not exist Plesk errors out this fact and the normal user is somehow lost.

It would be a nice feature to have a checkbox to be checked that says "create folder structure if not existing".

  17. Different notification settings for available WordPress updates: Plugin, Theme or WordPress core

Email notifications to customers are sent on every available WordPress update, that's far too much. My clients don't take them for important anymore and don't update at all. I suggest to fine tune available settings in Tools & Settings > Notifications > APS application updates (customer’s digest): Different notification options if the available update is a WordPress Core update, a plugin update or a theme update. So for example the plugin and theme update notification could be turned off for customers, but WordPress core update notifications would be still sent.

Another suggestion would be an option to cutomize the FREQUENZY…

  19. Ability to migrate just configuration, no content

Sometimes we have to transfer domains with very large data. By the time the migration has finished (a few hours later) a lot of the data is out of sync. So we have to manually rsync the data across again.

Therefore, we would request the option to just migrate domain configuration and no data. So just set up the domain, all mailboxes subdomains etc.. but leave all content behind. Basically just a skeleton of the domain.

  20. Can set "Preferred domain" setting in the "Service Plans"

In the "Service Plans" part, there is no option for setting the "Preferred domain" (seoRedirectDirection).
it is very inconvenience, because we need to set the "Preferred domain" (seoRedirectDirection) again and again after created the site.
It is possible to add this setting in the "Service Plans" part?
