  2. Ability to migrate messages of SmarterMail using file copying function

Currently migration of mail messages performed when SmarterMail v100 is used performed via IMAP protocol. This is slower then simply copying file. Please add ability to migrate messages via simple copying too to speed up migration.

  3. Update sieve script in Plesk to account for different folder names

Mac Mail + Plesk Email Security causes high CPU load because of an IMAP command loop. The sieve script should be edited to account for all folder differences and avoid endlessly looking for / copying a non-available folder.

  6. Customer change PHP Settings via CLI

Customers should be able to change PHP settings via CLI, for e.g memory_limit when logged in with their system users.

  7. Extend CLI certificate command to allow updating certificate components (not just name)

I'm using an own bash script as a wrapper around acme.sh to generate Lets Encrypt certificates. Because I need things like "mail." subdomains which can only be verified by acme.sh when the domain is the IP default, the "mail." does not exist explicitly as a domain, just an A record. The wrapper script also has the option to copy the cert to Dovecot, Postfix and ProFTPD.

When I first create a certificate, I can use Plesk CLI "certificate" to add it to Plesk, then I must assign it - once - in the GUI. I had…

  8. Add field of last time the password was changed in the mailing list

Due to IT security implementations it is often necessary to know when users changed their password to force them to change it again.
From this change, new features could be added to improve the service.
    -Number of saved passwords
-Force password change every x days
    -Send password change reminder

  9. What happens if plesk onyx is upgraded to Obsidian 18.0.32. if I have 3 databases of 1.5GB each? It is content to keep MySQL or it will keep

It would be perfect if MariaDb's maximum 1GB limitation does not affect the update process, detecting the installed manager and its ability to respect it.

  12. Option to configure Apache / Nginx Startserver etc.

I need to change "Performance" settings like Startserver, Serverlimit etc. by editing webserver.conf

As I use Dedicated (HARDWARE) Servers, the default limits are pretty low for a 8 Core / 16 Thread system with 64G Ram.

  13. Allow hard disk quota to be set for multiple drives

When setting hard disk quota for domains or subscriptions, allow the user to set limits for drives other than that stored in HTTPDVHOSTSD (e.g.: /dev/sda) such as /dev/sdb, /dev/sda2, etc.

Plesk can only calculate disk usage of files that it knows about (that are part of the Plesk universe on the server). By design it is not expected to have files outside the structures that are known to Plesk. It does not seem to make much sense to calculate the total disk usage for a user within Plesk for files that cannot be reached by Plesk or by the user through the Plesk panel. We must decline this request as it also did not receive a significant number of votes.

  14. Ad Web-Browser for accessing local config-pages of 3rd-party services

An integrated Web-Browser for accessing configuration-pages of 3rd-party services on localhost would be fine.
    For example:
We are using "Fuseki" wich is a RDF-Query server. This Service comes with a Web-accessible configuration-interface and does not support authentication. So i limited access to "localhost" because i dont want to make this thing public. But i want to make the config-page available to admins. It would be great it they just can open a browser from inside plesk-panel and enter the localhost-URL of the service-page. (Maybe with bookmarks). The browser itself my be limited to localhost-access for security reasons.

  15. Customize Plesk notifications for each customer

Currently, Plesk notifications (like "Subscription expiration", "Resource usage limits exceeded by subscription", etc.) are the same for all Plesk users.

It would be great to have a possibility to customize notifications individually for each subscription or customer to personalize information about payments and offers.

  16. Add function to block virus/trojan sender (Kaspersky KAV)

Every day I get thousands of virus and trojan mails that are filtered by Kaspersky. But there is no possibility to block the senders of these mails.

  17. Add an admin reporting tool so can quickly see domain SSL usage, domain PHP version usage by domain, PHP settings by domain

For instance the page https://...:8443/admin/ssl-certificate/list shows the default is used 16 times. TIME? WHICH DOMAINS?

    Similarly...
Which domains still using PHP 5?
Which domains have PHP uploadmaxfilesize > 16M?
    Which domains have PHP memory_limit > 1G?
    Which domains use AWSTATS?
    ... etc ... etc ...

  18. Suggestion: Add a Dedicated Reverse Proxy Option in the Domain/Subdomain Setup

Currently, Plesk allows configuring reverse proxies through the "Apache & Nginx" tab under "Additional nginx directives." While functional, this approach can be tedious and less intuitive, especially for users managing multiple servers or specific use cases. Adding a dedicated "Reverse Proxy" option during domain or subdomain setup would greatly enhance usability and streamline the process.

For instance, when creating a subdomain, users could choose "Reverse Proxy" as a hosting type, alongside options like "Web Hosting" or "Mail Hosting." This feature could include an intuitive configuration interface with settings such as:

Specifying the target server (e.g., local machine or external…

Thank you for your suggestion. Plesk is primarily designed as a web hosting control panel, with a focus on simplifying website and mail hosting management. Implementing a reverse proxy interface with the level of flexibility and customization you described would require significant architectural changes and expanding into advanced proxy management, particularly for game servers and similar setups, falls outside of our scope.

Additionally, standalone reverse proxy tools like Nginx Proxy Manager or similar solutions can be integrated alongside Plesk for more complex use cases. Solutions specifically designed for game server management might be better suited to such tasks.

With that said, we are closing the current request.

  19. Multiple scheduled Backups

It would be useful to have the ability to make scheduled backups in more than just one FTP server, so that you have multiple backups.

For example, with the Strasbourg fire, I lost two VPSs and the server where I had backups of them.

By having a backup on an additional server, I would have limited the damage.

  20. Folders for Customers and Subscriptions

It would be really useful to have customers and subscriptions divided into folders. In addition to plans, folders will help split elements by different criteria. Consider category/tag in Wordpress, in Plesk a plan describe the limitations and settings while a Folder can help you find a specific set of customers faster.
