I totally agree with Hristo: Plesk SEO Toolkit is OK for a server of which 1 person manages all the websites on that server. But it is useless for Hosting providers and Resellers in its present form.
If it would be possible to define limitations on Service plan level (both for Customers and Resellers), then a hosting provider could buy a license with high limitation, and define the SEO-Toolkit resources available for a customer according to the Service Plan chosen.
And the customer would just see that he used (f.e.) 5 keywords out of the 20 available for his plan, instead of 5 keywords out of the 1.000 available for the whole server, as would be the case at this moment ... !jabith

Please be sure you are an owner of IP-address if you plan to vote this suggestion.
An owner of a block of IP-addresses has ability configure PTR records for IP-addresses in the block. If you rent a server or create a virtual machine in a cloud, you are not an owner of IP-address.
Usually, companies like ISP or Cloud Providers own blocks of IP-addresses. In this case, you need to use Hosting/Cloud Provider Control Panel and set up reverse zone for an IP-address (not in Plesk Panel).

I would prefer an option for Customers, where they can enter their IP-address (IPv4 + IPv6), and check whether it is blocked by the Plesk server (Fail2Ban or FireWall) or not.
If it is blocked, a message can refer the customer/user to the administrator:
- In case of FW block or F2B recidive: "The entered IP-address is blocked by the server for security reasons. Please contact your administrator for more information, or in order to unlock it."
- In case of F2B 'short term' block: "The entered IP-address is blocked by the server for security reasons. Please wait xx minutes before retrying, and make sure to use correct login credentials in order not to get blocked for a long term." -> Where xx = the defined F2B blocking time in minutes. (The latter would save us a lot of support tickets).
