Increase the logs available in MailEnable after log rotation
When installing Plesk with MailEnable, by default Plesk removes MailEnable logfiles every 24 hours.
According to this KB (https://support.plesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/115001102353), this functionality is made in purpose to optimize mail statistics, but this is not acceptable.
Additionally, you are offering the possibility to apply this workaround (https://support.plesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/213397889), but this workaround is not valid for us because we don't want to customize the FTP and HTTP logs location and we have the log files in different disk volumes.
Please, provide the possibility to configure the log rotation settings for MailEnable respecting our hosting company needs.

Add DKIM-key in php mail() function
When DKIM is activated, the key isn't added when you use the PHP mail() function, for example if you have a contact form on the website. Please add because this generates false SPAM-detection problems. Google for example thinks it's strange that sometimes the DKIM key is added and sometimes not. Please keep in mind that this should work with an external DNS-service too.

DKIM - needed to import own keys
DKIM - needed to import own keys
It is not fair solution that Plesk generate a private key, and i cannot extract and date them in a seperate Backup
Please let us import our own DKIM keys
20 votesThis feature request has been reviewed and we are asking WHY it is important to import your own keys? After all, these are just some keys that only have one requirement: They must match what is configured in DNS. What is the advantage of using some specific, pre-configured key over just letting the server generate and maintain the key? Isn't that much easier for a user?
Please give us good reasons why you need own keys in your comments so that we understand this better and can think of a suitable solution.

Make SSL/TLS encryption on port 587 optional, not mandatory
Some mails could not be received due to the fact the Postfix 2.8 and higher in Plesk uses only TLS encryption, when senders use other encryption methods. Manually updating main.cf directly on the server (as discribed in https://plesk.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/213386889) is not always an option since the main Postfix configuration file may be overwritten by any Plesk update. In order to avoid potential issues with non-delivered mails it is required to make SSL/TLS encryption on port 587 optional, not mandatory.

Custom outgoing SMTP port
An option to customize outgoing SMTP port.
Both for SMTP relay and direct SMTP.
Currently there's only a temporary workaround for Google Cloud VMs with Plesk.
This configuration might be overwritten by an update:

Remove digest-md5 from dovecot and postfix configs
Seeing as the current implementation does not work with Outlook (and a lot of people use Outlook), it would make sense to remove the digest-md5 option from dovecot and postfix configs. These options keep coming back on a Plesk update so it would better to just remove them completely.

Extended license for mail servers
Hello,
Please add the possibility to purchase an extended license for mail servers with Plesk.
It would be helpful if I prefer to separate my mail services from my main hosting.
17 votesAs you can simply use a normal Plesk license for using Plesk as a mail-only server, we would like to understand what an "extended license" should be? Could you please describe what you expect from such a license in terms of features that are available in it and price?

Add to Server-Wide Black List and White List block by IP adress and DOMAIN name.
Server-Wide Black List blocking only by domain name is insufficient, because spammers can spoof real sender adress. Not every sender has SPF record configured. And also email White List needs whitelist by domain name to block common spammers with no fixed IP.

Implement DNS Whitelists
Plesk does not currently support DNS Whitelists like it does RBLs, such as the list at dnswl.org. There needs to be a way to add this from the Plesk UI.
The Postfix main.cf config directive is permitdnswlclient.
Whenever a Plesk upgrade happens, the setting, if added is removed and needs to be added back manually.14 votesThank you for your input! We will consider this functionality in upcoming releases, if it will be popular.

SPAM protection - Check if sender Mail domain exists
For better SPAM Protection it would be nice to add an Option to let the Mailserver check, whether senders Domain is existing or even not.
I got Mails from "Domain.xyz" wich is of Course no valid TLD.
"Reply-To" is of Course an valid Mail adress. On request, my Data-Center told me they could activate that Option, but while Plesk is Controlling that config, on next Plesk update the Change gets lost.
So: Could you add in Plesk that Feature as an Option?
14 votesThank you. As far as I remember this checking can be configured by spamassassin but anyway we will consider the possibility of implementing this feature in future Plesk releases.
