E-Mail only for client / Constrain client to mail management
So I am setting up the WebAccess for a Abonnement right now and I am trying to setup all settings so that the client has no insight to FTP nor any other hosting related data but mail only!
So the client should be able to manage mail accounts solely.

Outgoing email limits: Please provide a way to separte in-server sendings from out server sendings (and therefore more critical)
As mentioned in http://forum.odin.com/threads/outgoing-email-limits-is-there-away-to-take-out-emails-sent-within-the-distribution.333512/#post-783419, we see that mails sent from one mailbox to another even in the same domain are taken into account for the email limit feature.
Such situations rarery arise from a stolen password or compromised clients which typically send spam to the outside world. And on the hand disturb some automatic internal tools programmed by the clients that do send mass mailings for internal processing.
Therefore we would like to have a way to out specify scope of the outgoing email limits either for everything, out-of-server emails or out-of-domain-or-subscription emails.
Regards,
Miguel Telleria

Specify IP for outgoing mail separately
An option to choose IP for outgoing mail on domain basis.
For now, only below options available:
- all the domains send from particular IP
- each domain uses its IP addressThis feature is for use case when one or several domains can send through one IP address, and the others through another one.
It should be managed independently of web hosting IP address.

Show mail traffic statistics when using SmarterMail
When installing Plesk with SmarterMail, the mailbox usage stats are calculated, however, the mail traffic usage stats (IMAP/POP3 + SMTP) are not calculated.
It would be really useful that Plesk would calculate mail traffic usage for when SmarterMail is being used, otherwise, we cannot monitor the traffic usage made by our customers nor limit it.

Always add headers to mail checked by SpamFilter with Plesk installed on Windows OSes
For now SpamAssassin on Plesk for Windows does not add any headers to mail messages which were processed by it and not identified as spam. It would be good feature to add header showing that SpamAssassin actually processed this messages to all mail messages, even not spam one.
This could be helpful in order to monitor SpamAssassin functionality to understand if it works in general or not. Plus, some Spam checkers may show that mail inside mailbox were not checked at all, which is concerning.2 votesThank you for your input! Don't Auto-Replay when X-Auto-Response-Suppress is set (RFC3834)
In order to comply with RFC3834 the auto replay function should consider the X-Auto-Response-Suppress header. Also not replaying to mail with Auto-Submitted: auto-generated would be nice.

Option to not allow email forwarding to external domains
As SPF/DMARC implantation grows, users who forward emails to gmail/hotmail etc are causing server IPs to become blacklisted and also emails are bouncing. The forwarding server is not an authority to send for the original sender, and also forwarding spam is reducing the reputation of the server IP.
Users should use IMAP/POP collection , not forwarding, so we should be able to disable external forwarding. The box for forwarding should only accept email address within the local subscription domains. Easy to validate.2 votesThank you for your input! Wildcard mail aliases
Any kind of wildcard mail aliases (regex and/or /?) would be highly appreciated in order to realize a "allow form all but anything like..." handler. Example: Ban all info-@domain addresses.
I had somenting similar at my old provider but not with new one using plesk. Now I need to insert dozens (hundreds) of addresses one by one...
If there is already a way to realize something similar I was not able to find it (or my provider did not enable it)...

Matrix, not listings for whitlist
I suggest
Currently, the whitelist for each mail account is stored as individual lists. In groups (families, small businesses, clubs, etc. ) these lists are time-consuming to maintain. It is easier to maintain these as a matrix. So I suggest to keep the TAB "whitelist", but to link to a single central matrix file.2 votesThank you for your input! remote smartermail ssl
if smartermail is local install you can create a SSL for webmail. This doesn't work with remote smartermail.
I would like plesk to introduce this so some kind of agent is running on the server so Plesk can communicate with IIS on the remote web server to copy SSLs and bindings.
