  1. Create Reports for Clients

Plesk currently has many great extensions. It would be amazing if you could get the data from these extensions and generate report for customer about its website.

    For example, report could include:

    • Page speed optimization (Data from the Google PageSpeed Insights extension)

    • SEO optimization (Data from the SEO Toolkit extension)

    • Website security (data from Wordpress Toolkit, Sucuri Security Scanner, Advisor and Revisium)

    • Information about updated plugins and themes (data from Wordpress Toolkit)

  2. Allow disabling of Let's Encrypt on a domain by domain basis

Currently, when giving users the ability to access SSL to add their own certificates, they can also view Let's Encrypt and create free certificates. It would be useful to allow users access to add their own certificates without giving them access to use Let's Encrypt and there is currently no way to do this.

Additionally, any users logging in to manage their domains can see Let's Encrypt (although cannot use it) and we keep getting asked about it, so it would be useful to hide this off for users unless they specifically need access.

  3. Fail2Ban automatically send report to abuse contact of IP owner

Fail2Ban may send abuse reports to IP owners of blocked IPs.

The report should include a predefined message, the relevant part of log files, and full signature of sysadmin.

The abuse e-mail address for a IP could be automatically retrieved with a RIPE Database Query.

  5. Add limits to backup scheduling

We have some users abusing the Plesk backup functionality. For example, they schedule hourly backups with sites that are multiple gigabytes in size. When we have a couple of those users, our servers are running scheduled backups all day causing 100% IO-wait load.

It would be great if Administrator can limit the frequency of user backups, eg. a limit of once a day, once a week, once a month.

We currently disable user backup functionality to prevent our machines running backups all day.

  6. Custom URL redirects: variability of both source URL and destination URL and the ability to create more than one redirect.

It would have been amazing if plesk users and admins were able to easily and via the panel create domain redirection like you are able to do in cpanel. http://prntscr.com/1k9mql
This saves a lot of time from users and hosting companies helpdesks.

In the initital feature request it was not clear that the focus was on a regex driven, variable redirect that depends on source URLs and should be able to provide a mapping between source and target. It is also requested that these redirects shall be done on the front-end web server level, not as an Apache .htaccess solution.

We have re-opened the request as per user comment it was clarified thoroughly. We will consider this functionality in upcoming releases if it will be popular.

Everyone, please continue voting for this feature if you consider it important.

  7. Allow DKIM/DMARC/SPF records for the server's hostname domain

This thing that Plesk does not present DKIM public key, referred to server's hostname, is quite annoying. cPanel does, for example.
And I'm not going to mess things up with changing hostname, so to match it with a newly created domain (whose purpose would be just having a DKIM in place).

  10. Set up MX records for G Suite Gmail in one click

Would be nice to get some extension for plesk users so they can switch mx from default to G Suite Gmail in "one click".

Similar to Remote MX Wizard for cPanel

  11. Increase the logs available in MailEnable after log rotation

When installing Plesk with MailEnable, by default Plesk removes MailEnable logfiles every 24 hours.

According to this KB (https://support.plesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/115001102353), this functionality is made in purpose to optimize mail statistics, but this is not acceptable.

Additionally, you are offering the possibility to apply this workaround (https://support.plesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/213397889), but this workaround is not valid for us because we don't want to customize the FTP and HTTP logs location and we have the log files in different disk volumes.

Please, provide the possibility to configure the log rotation settings for MailEnable respecting our hosting company needs.

It would be nice to have separate php-fpm error logs for each domain instead of logging everything in /var/log/plesk-php7x-fpm/.

  16. Add DKIM-key in php mail() function

When DKIM is activated, the key isn't added when you use the PHP mail() function, for example if you have a contact form on the website. Please add because this generates false SPAM-detection problems. Google for example thinks it's strange that sometimes the DKIM key is added and sometimes not. Please keep in mind that this should work with an external DNS-service too.

  17. Support enabling / disabling mod_wsgi

As we all know, mod_python is not supported by Plesk 12.5 / CentOS 7 anymore (even if compiled manually).

Odin suggests to install mod_wsgi instead. This however cannot be activated for domains separately or configured by service plans.

Thus I would like to see this feature again - and probably its a real quick change in Plesk source code that would allow a nice way to take control over python permissions

  18. Dovecot: mdbox and alternate storage support

    http://forum.odin.com/threads/dovecot-mdbox-and-altmove-support-in-plesk.334620/

It would be really handy if we could, via Plesk panel or some cli utility, o switch from Maildir to mdbox as mailbox storage format and enable alternate storage for old emails. This way we can optimize the disk usage by using the fast storage media for recent emails, while the old stuff can go on a slower, cheaper media. Will also help a lot in growing our mail customer base without forking out ridiculous amounts of money for expensive fast disks arrays to keep up with the growth rate.

  20. Detailed mail statistics

    Hello,

Please add functionality which allows viewing mail statistics:
    * How many messages were sent from the server?
    * How many messages were received?
    * How much spam emails were received?
