Manage mailing list from address directly in Plesk
In Plesk Windows, by default, mailing lists are created with the sender address of moderator instead address of mailing list.
So to fix the issue, and change the address of mailing list to mailing lists address instead moderator address, we need to acess the server via RDP, and change this configuration in MailEnable list settings.
I suggest to implement this feature directly in Plesk control panel.

A suggestion to have Sendmail disabled by default
Sendmail is currently enabled by default on new Plesk installations.
While there's an option to disable Sendmail, it might better to have it disabled by default with the option to enable it. This could prevent issues with outgoing spam messages, i.e. if a website has an unsecured contact form or if there's a malicious script.
1 voteThe option depends on what is set on the "Mail" options tab of the service plan that is used for a subscription. You can choose "Not configured" in the service plan to have mail service disabled by default on new subscriptions.
If you want to prevent any outgoing mails from a subscription, including mails sent by scripts, you can set the "Outgoing mail" preset to zero on the service plan, too.
Turning mail service off for the whole server in general on a new installation is very likely not what users expect. E-Mail is one major usage of a server.

subscription wide mailbox size
For example(now) a subscription has:
- 10 Mailboxes
- Maximum mailbox size of 100MB
So the maximum disk usage would be 1GB. but there are 2 LIMITATIONS here. first the client can't make more then 10 mailboxes.
Second the maximum size of an mailbox is 100MB. You can make them smaller but that is useless.a subscription wide mailbox size can remove these restrictions and so greatly increase the flexibility for the client. For example the subscription wide mailbox size of 1GB and maximum of 5(or unlimited) mailboxes.
the client…

A option to search for mail accounts on Smartermail via Plesk
A option to search for mail accounts on Smartermail via Plesk.
Because if you create a email adress in Plesk it will automatically create it in SmarterMail, but if you for some reason creates it in SmarterMail directly it won't show up in Plesk, and you are not able to create the email in Plesk until you remove the email from SmarterMail and do it via Plesk
1 voteThank you for your idea! We will consider this functionality in upcoming releases if it will be popular.
Everyone, please continue voting for this feature if you consider it important.
Meanwhile, as a workaround, you can follow these steps:
- Back up mail contents of SmarterMail mailboxes;
- Remove all required mailboxes from SmarterMail;
- Manually create these mailboxes in Plesk, under Domains > example.com > Email Accounts, so they are synced with SmarterMail;
- Restore mail contents.

improve on user management (and credentials) of protected directories on Apache
As of now protected directories have one major use for me as a designer: limit access to customers only.
As such the user-data for access to a protected directory should be:
1. simply: maybe even including the user name
2. stored in Plesk, since I tend to not remember those, but need to tell customers again and again, since they tend to loose those (important)
3. manage user credentials on protected apache directories inside subscriptions with multiple domains
4. maybe 3. even over several subscriptionsThat would be really cool - right now its annoying.

Add historical CPU and RAM usage by subscription in Plesk Repair Kit
Currently, Plesk Repair Kit extension does monitor in real time the CPU and RAM usage per domain: https://support.plesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/360007784053-Is-it-possible-to-monitor-CPU-Memory-like-in-Health-Monitor-per-domain-subscription-basis-
However, it doesn't register/save and historical usage. It would be really helpful that this extension would keep a CPU and RAM usage history, a graph, a timeline, in order to plan CPU and RAM limits set by CGroups Manager.
36 votesThis functionality is now available in the latest version of the Advanced Monitoring extension. We encourage you to check the implementation and let us know what you think.
Please visit the following forum thread to learn how to access the functionality: https://talk.plesk.com/threads/advanced-monitoring-extension-in-plesk.352727/post-888117
We would appreciate hearing your feedback on the implementation of this functionality. Thanks in advance!

Add an option to manage/remove bounced mails from Plesk UI
In Courier IMAP with qmail, when the mailbox exceeds usage limit, mails for this mailbox get bounced. Bounced mails are not displayed in Plesk panel and can be checked only on the server side. And in this case, mails queues from Plesk and server are different which can be confusing.
Therefore, it would be convenience to have a feature that can manage and remove the bounced mails from the Plesk UI.2 votesThank you for your input! default chroot PHP cli should use Plesk panel PHP version & settings
Currently when a user uses SSH to execute PHP cli commands, it does not reflect the settings chosen in Plesk panel (it seems to be the default OS vendor PHP). While other PHP versions are available in "/opt/plesk/php/..." the current solution is neither ideal nor transparent to the user (most of them don't even know this path).
I suggest that the default chrooted PHP command
-) should use the same version as chosen as in plesk panel
-) and should use ini settings (memorylimit, maxexecution_time) as chosen in plesk panelIdeally this should even be possible on…
43 votesThe changes implemented in the Plesk Obsidian 18.0.44 release https://docs.plesk.com/release-notes/obsidian/change-log/#plesk-18044 The console now works using a domain’s PHP version instead of the system PHP.

bulk e-mail creation and API's for integrating plesk and proprietary systems
When I am migrating a website to a plesk account, sometimes I have to create 50 e-mail accounts. It would be a lot eazyer if I could just import them from a CSV file or something similar, or maybe integrate plesk and my proprietary system so I can disable costumer accounts when they don't pay and some other administrative routines.
1 voteThere is another request about CSV import – https://plesk.uservoice.com/forums/184549-feature-suggestions/suggestions/4130484-create-multiple-e-mails-from-csv-file

Implement OSSEC
Implement as an add-on, or possibly through an Extension, the ability to install and configure OSSEC. An Extension GUI which provides simple, limited functionality to configure the most frequently used features of OSSEC would be an awesome addition to Plesk.

Allow to register all let's encrypt certificates with a freely configurable ACME ID
Customer has around 2000 domains and hitting the weekly limit for the new certificates. All domains have different ACME IDs
Customer reached Let's Encrypt support and they agreed to increase limits but require to provide "his own dedicated ACME ID". This feature is required to get such dedicated id.
This is useful when a lot of domains were migrated to another server and it is required to secure them quickly without reaching limits.

Remember when expirering
Hy Plesk-Team,
now its so that i´ll get an expireing-message if the subscriptune period gets near over the time limit. So i had to go in plesk and prolongate the subscription. A button "rember me" at the next year would be cool. So i´ll be able to set the the period to "infinite", but remember me every expire of the time limit. So i could send my invoice to that special customer, without any actions in plesk. Its in my responsibility to do that or not.
Thanks.2 votesWith only 2 votes in 4 years this feature did not gain much popularity. We must decline it. Please consider a simple workaround, such as setting a recurring task in your unified message software like Outlook or another calendar application.

Add domain reputation based spam protection lookup in server-wide mail settings.
Add domain reputation based spam protection lookup such as the feed from dbl.dq.spamhaus.net, in addition to the existing IP DNSBL.
4 votesThe feature request is asking to protect recipients from spam by a domain reputation based lookup. However, this is already available by simply adding a suitable DNSBL like Senderscore to the DNSBL settings. Other solutions would require Plesk to operate their own DNSBL service, but that is not the task of a control panel.

Send expiration notification emails when it’s time to renew an SSL certificate
Hi,
I received this mail from Let's Encrypt :
"As a Let’s Encrypt Subscriber, you benefit from access to free, automated TLS certificates. One way we have supported Subscribers is by sending expiration notification emails when it’s time to renew a certificate.
We’re writing to inform you that we intend to discontinue sending expiration notification emails."
Since Plesk manager knows the "Valid to" date (it displays it in the "SSL/TLS Certificate for domain_name" page, I guess that it could send the notification emails too by regularly checking that date.
Regards

Plesk Panel e-mail aliases synchronised with Roundcube identities.
I have setup roundcube not to allow users to create identities. But when the admin adds an email alias via Plesk Panel, the users don't see this alias appear as a roundcube identity and therefore cannot use it via the RC webmail interface. Plesk shoud sync email aliases with Roundcube identities.
