It would be great to:
see a report of which mails are considered spam

Allow E-Mail Aliases from all available Domains
I'd like to be able to create email aliases for a mailbox also for all the other domains I have available in Plesk.
Currently I have to create a new forwarder email address for the other domains.
I'd suggest to be able to select the domain (default on the currently selected) in a drop-box on the Email Aliases page.

After donwload the attached file message
A great box of mail, for me will be that After donwload the attached file message in your platform mail (like outlook) can be the original message in my mail box, but this time without the attached file, because after donwload in my platform I don´t need this attached file anymore. so the original mail will be saved without big space in my mail box online.

I am hosting small business and I need open source email server which can unlimited use rather than buy your license and than buy another email license for addon it is double pay. As Cpanel it is free including email unlimited.

3 votesThe impact of including mailing lists in backups is minimal in time and storage space consumption. There is no benefit but saving a few milliseconds and a few bytes. Also this request did not become popular through many years. For these reasons we must decline it.

Premium Mail/Calendar Planner View to plan employee times
Right now you can only see a mixed calendar with your employees shared calendar.
We need a clean calendar with horizontal fields for PC and vertical sorting for mobile.
It should be possible to show only meeting title or time and meeting title as now.
And most importantly a month's view

Add posibility to add MAC Adress rule to FireWall
At this time you can only fill in an IP Address or Network to be applied to a Firewall rule in Plesk. Sometimes it is more useful to work with the MAC Address from the device (f.e. when I want only my mobile device or selected mobile devices to be able to send and receive e-mail from the server)

Please add functionality to configure general email filters in Plesk.

Function to set automatically or by clicking delete Trash and Spam mails of selected subscriptions
Plesk is easy to use for everyone.
But you can't easily delete the spam mails or trash of all your customers mailboxes.A new feature where you can set: Delete items in Spam older than 90 Days and delete items in trash older than 60 Days for specific subscriptions will be really nice.
...much customers let spam and trash boxes grow up to 5000+ Mails - that's using resources for nothing.

Support for MailEnable domains' postoffices folders as junctions
We use the following configuration on Plesk for Windows: in MailEnable postoffices folder, domains' folders are junctions to folders inside subscriptions' web folder (e.g. C:\inetpub\vhosts\example.com\email). In Plesk Onyx with such setup, statistics were calculated successfully but in Obsidian, it stopped counting the size of junctions, so the mail statistics is counted as 0.
This setup is important for us, so please return the support for domains' mail folders as junctions.3 votes -

Websites and domains Dynamic List is too slow with too many entries
If you have more than 100 domains/subdomains in Plesk, then the dynamic list of domains, which is loaded just after login, takes too long to load.
In some cases it reaches the timeout limit. It would be nice if after some seconds the page isn't loaded yet, then enable the classic view and reload the page.

Allow more customisation of Smartermail email accounts
When creating an email account in Plesk (and using Smartermail) you are limited in what details you can enter.
It would be really helpful if you could add/amend options such as Diaplay Name, reply-to email address, backup email address etc

I would be very convenient to group the list of email accounts by domain when viewing all the emails in the Mail section of the Web Admin Edition of Plesk.

Use the same White and Blacklist in Plesk 12.5 and MailEnable 9.5
Question:
In Plesk under Mail Server Settings --> Server-Wide Mail Settings we´ve added a Whitelist, but I can´t see that list under MailEnable Enterprise 9.5.Answer from the MailEnable Support:
I don't think the whitelist and blacklist options in Plesk are synced within MailEnable. The Plesk control panel use their own white listing and blacklisting mechanism therefore you are best contacting Odin's for assistance here.Please sync to only one white and black list. Two different Status are confusing!!!

Provide the ability to send a copy of mailbox quota notifications to Plesk admin
When users receive the notification that their mailbox is near full, they often ignore it, or have a concern that it is a fake message. Some customers completely ignore the message because they don't know what to do. If we could provide the ability to also notify the Plesk admin, the customer could be called ahead of time, instead of receiving the "why isn't my mail working?" phone call.

Add ability to change the domain name in links in the mail notification when customer is created
Add ability to change the domain name in links from the mail notification that's being sent upon creation of the new "Customer" in Plesk. It would be nice to not expose our Plesk hostname and instead use for password reset link some other domain name, that resolves to our server.
