1. Sitejet website migration

   Currently, after the migration, Sitejet websites are unavailable for editin, showing the error "Can not access Sitejet Website Builder for this domain. Please check if this domain has been migrated or restored onto another server".
   This issue can only be resolved by contacting Plesk Technical Support directly.

   Please consider implementing a smoother migration process for Sitejet websites that does not require contacting Plesk Support.

   Plesk is looking into AI integration. But for this request, we are sorry, but "various tasks" is too vague to derive specific feature improvements from it. Sure we all want a sci-fi utopia scenario where all tasks can be done by an AI that interprets questions and requests correctly. But let's start with small steps and specific tasks. Please post specific requests for specific single functions so that it becomes clear how, why and where users benefit from adding AI to a feature.

3. Allow change of document root where App is installed

   If you try to change a domain document root where an app is installed, you get the error: It is impossible to change document root because there are web applications installed on this website.

   This is inflexible. If I create a staging development subdomain and install an App, and then point the main domain to the same directory, I can't remove the subdomain, even though the app is no longer used there:

   • dev.mydomain.com, Document root: /mydomain.com
   • www.mydomain.com, Document root: /mydomain.com

   I should be able to change the development subdomain root, even though the app was installed there. This will let me safely remove the subdomain.

4. SSL settings per plan restriction

   Hi it would be nice to have in plan permission settings, to disable access to SSL (both those from extensions as well as LetsEncrypt) Settings for Hosting Plan, not user as it was sugested. Exactly the same way it has been done with SiteJet Builder.

   I have some customers who are non-technical, so less options in the Panel then better for them.

5. WordPress needs to update the database automatically for multisite setup

   if you update WordPress in a multisite setup – WordPress needs to update the database. It would be great to have that done automatically.

   At the moment WordPress Toolkit does not upgrade network for multisite setup and does not handle post-update actions that may be required by some plugins. Please let me know if you'd like me to open a request at Plesk UserVoice if you want to see that implemented.

6. Add an option to REST API for Automatic Logging In to Plesk for customers

   Somethimes it is useful to add some features to a website so the end user who is logged in to this website can click a single button which will redirect him to his Plesk account.
   So the idead is to use REST API to get a login link for the customer as this feature is already implemented in XML API.
   In REST API today I can only generate aAdmin login link but not a customer's one.

7. Disable custom Service Plans for Reseller

   I genuenly need the option to disable the creation of Service Plans on the Reseller level. So all Service Plans (or selected) from the Admin will be available for the reseller to choose from.

   Background:
   As an Admin I would like to define the service packages, so the Reseller can Choose from the service packages for new users / domains but cannot create or edit them.
   So I can have Resellers which can build Websites and manage Customers ontop of my existing pricing structure.

8. Missing option : "Include in the traffic usage calculation" (web, email, ftp...)

   At the moment, traffic calculation is common between all categories:
   Websites, ftp traffic and emails.

   In my case, I would like to ignore email traffic.
   Example:
   - Have 50GB/month traffic quota, I wish to apply this quota to everything except mail traffic
   - Customer has currently 30GB web traffic and 30GB mail traffic
   - Customer receives overuse mails and there is nothing I can do about it.

   I suggest the following

   In "Server Statistics Settings", there is already an option called "Include in the disk space usage calculation".

   You could add the same option for traffic: "Include in the traffic usage calculation"
   - FTP
   - HTTP
   - POP3/IMAP
   - SMTP

   Another way would be to do all this using service plans, but implementation would likely be less simple.

   Either way would be great.

    We are getting inconvenient number of spams emails and few times our genuine emails are also getting dropped.

    we like to block the Such Spam email on our domain . We are unable to find such setitings per domain, to Blacklist or whitelist the incoming domains for email delivery.

    Kindly blacklist the following the following Sender.
    - International payments department b.berdigaliev@autodom-t.kz

    Whitelist:
    mibs.com.mm
    mascon.biz.

    Above white-list has to be implemented on all Plesk Hosted Domain.

11. Add option to select default TLD for staging

    Currently, WP Toolkit offers possibility to add a subdomain prefix for staging.

    So, considering the main domain is "domain.tld", WP toolkit offers "staging.domain.tld" as an option.

    We use a slightly different scheme, and it our setup our staging will looks like "domain.review" (note "review" instead of tld).

    It will be nice to specify default staging tld (as it currently implemented for "staging" subdomain) and have possibility to use such scheme of the staging (instead of selecting the domain from the list manually)

    We often have the case that we create a new subscription and then perform the same tasks: Create a subdomain for the subscription (e.g. development.MAIN_DOMAIN), create some standard mailboxes, etc. It would be great to be able to configure this a kind of template which can be used when creating a new subscription.

14. Record history of domain configuration changes

    When the http, nginx, php etc settings for a domain are changed could these be recorded in a log file so there is a record of what has been done - and any associated notes.

    Same recording system could be applied to any server wide configuration changes.

    In its simplest case this could just list the changes a fuller implementation would allow an admin / site owner to revert to a configuration 38 minutes ago!

    This overlaps with backups but would record the changes as they are made through Plesk.

15. Create a BIND-independent SSL It! mode

    As of now SSL It! requires an active BIND (DNS) service to function, as it relies on DNS validation to issue and renew certificates. This dependency is hardcoded into the extension’s logic to ensure compatibility with certificate providers like Let’s Encrypt and to maintain secure, automated certificate management.

    The idea is to allow for this feature to be able to disable this hardcoded logic, which requires active BIND service to update the DNS in certificates.

    Please allow direct purchase from Plesk instead of from Resellers. Resellers are interested in making profit than giving class support.
    Tech support from Plesk is wonderful as compare to Resellers Support.
    We believe company who has developed product is more concern with reputation of the product & service. Person who just act as a middle man (Reseller) are not connected with reputation and goodwill of the services/product.

    Because the mail engine forwards the mails to John and Jules but the headers are tricky: the local account (sales@myorg.net) is masked under the text name of the actual sender. If "sender@anotherorg.com" sent a mail to sales@myorg.net, John and Jules will receive an email from sales@myorg.net ONLY LABELED AS sender@anotherorg.com. This leads to confusion when replaying (john and jules will be replying to sales@myorg.net).

    When forwarding mails through a forwarding list, the sender remains unchanged. Replies to a forwarded mail are not sent to the forwarder, but to the original sender. Also, there is such feature like ambiguous aliases in mail servers like Postfix. The current solution of using forwarding lists is the correct technical approach.

18. Subnets in SPF record not allowed

    I am not sure why are you even parsing TXT record values, because those can be random text, but one of our clients were trying to add following SPF record:
    v=spf1 include:_spf.google.com ip4:85.119.184.0/21 ~all
    syntax of it is perfectly valid but failed with error (see screenshot).

    Later we tried adding ip addresses one by one and it worked, but if this is intentional then this is by far the most annoying "feature" you have ever implemented.

    There is no validation of the structure of TXT record values, except total string length and printable characters, so Plesk accepts the “clean” string from your example without any validation errors. It is possible that you’ve entered some non-printable characters.

19. Direct Database Access

    There should be a way of accessing databases via PHP myAdmin directly, without having to login into the PLESK backend.

    Currently you have to go through the whole login process after the session has expired. AFAIK there is also no way of handing out a PHP myAdmin link to external developers without setting up a whole new customer account.
