Since Plesk Onyx you will be able to install memcache as a Docker container and configure http(s) proxy rule for it to map to your web app.

Due to the changes in MongoDB’s licensing we are no longer able to consider this as a potential feature to be added to our product.

This request is really about exposing more options for managing Plesk Service Plans using the Plesk CLI. Not just specifically some of the options for Service Plans.
Ideally, all Service Plans would be able to be managed, options changed, Service Plans created/deleted etc. just using the Plesk CLI.
This would make it easier for a Plesk hosting provider to manage the configuration of many Plesk servers, more easily.
