Plesk sends notification emails after authentication to the mail server.
Plesk should send email after authentication to the mail server ( local or remote)
5 votesBoth Plesk 12 for Windows and Linux are able to send out notifications with empty white list for local mail server:
- Plesk for Linux uses sendmail CLI (so noe need in SMTP auth)
- Plesk for Windows uses own, internal SMTP mail account for local mail server or a custom SMTP mail account in case of external mail server -

Move MySQL databases between subscriptions.
it would be a lot easier if you could move the databse to a new subscription instead of just copying to a new location and then having to rename your db in your server side scripting...
4 votesThis feature is already implemented in the upcoming Plesk 12.1 release. We encourage you to check the implementation in one of upcoming Plesk previews and let us know what you think.

"Run Cronjob now"
Hello, I miss it again and again that I can test my scheduled tasks only if I change the times at once, the task will be executed and then I set the time back to the desired version. Better when I could the scheduled task to test without changing the desired times, a mouse click / run would be. I also an option, with which I can freeze the mail traffic for this task is missing, add it without a code or command to remove (> / dev / null 2> & 1). Sincerely, Danny

Include all Scheduled Tasks (cronjobs) to Backup of Server configuration
Now Backup does not restore scheduled tasks because cronjobs are not in Backup of Server configuration.
Imagine if you have 150-200 cronjobs what you have to enter manually after every server re-installation.2 votesThanks for raising the problem. The function has been delivered in Plesk 11.5

Make the "show advanced operations" arrow on the Websites & Domains tab more prominent or a different color
As it is now, if you need to change the website scripting options, our users will never find it.
7 votesPlesk 11.5 eliminated “show advanced operation”. All available operations are shown. Website scripting is brought in front of all other operations for easier discovery.

Disk usage by folders / directory tree
At this moment, there is only disk usage summary by domains. It would be great, if we could check the disk usage by folders. Best option would be expanding directory tree (just like it was done in the other known "customer Panel").
Here is my attempt to visualize the idea:
[-]root (1 GB)
.|--[+] cgi-bin (0 B)
.|--[+] etc (5 KB)
.|--[-] httpdocs (900 MB)
.....|--[+] folder1 (400 MB)
.....|--[+] folder2 (500 MB)
.|--[+] statistics (10 MB)22 votesThe function is already available through “Calculate Size” button in file manager

Support server-side e-mail rules
Most e-mail clients support configuring rules to automatically perform actions on incoming messages based on certain criteria. You could for instance have a rule that automatically moves a message into a folder based on the address of the sender, a rule that automatically deletes a message if it contains certain words in the subject, etc. Since most people are using multiple e-mail clients it's impractical to configure your rules in all of the clients you use (webmail, phone, desktop, etc.), so it would be great if Plesk allowed these rules to be configured server-side.
49 votesServer-side email rules are available with new Dovecot server in the latest Plesk 12.0 preview.

Support for managing autorized SSH keys
It's possible to give any system user a ~/.ssh/authorized_keys file and add public SSH keys to that file to authorize access for anyone who has the private SSH key to go with it, so users can use things like SCP/SFTP (and SSH if they have a shell configured) safely without having to use password authentication. If would be great if Plesk allowed the management of authorized SSH keys for a user.
