Limitation for FTP username
Presently there is 16-char limitation for FTP username. This hinders migration from obscure hosting systems that use longer usernames.
Please, consider implementing the feature that would remove this 16-char limitation if Providers opts to do so.2 votesIncreased the maximum length of FTP usernames to 32 characters – https://docs.plesk.com/release-notes/onyx/change-log/#contents-179-preview12

“Updates and Upgrades”-Tool (8447) doesn’t work with ECDHE-ECDSA certificate
I changed certificate that secures Plesk. The new certificate is an ECDHE-ECDSA certificate, the default Plesk certificate is an RSA certificate. I’ve noticed that parallelsinstaller is not reachable on port 8447 (after clicking on “Updates and Upgrades” in “Tools & Settings”), in combination with the new ECDHE-ECDSA certificate. parallelsinstaller is started, listen on port 8447, doesn’t write any error to any log file and everything seems to be ok. But the web browsers say “ERRSSLVERSIONORCIPHERMISMATCH” (Vivaldi/Chrome) and “SSLERRORNOCYPHEROVERLAP” (Firefox). No cipher is accepted, I’ve tested all available from OpenSSL.…

Let's encrypt: add domain aliases
The let's encrypt extension is great, except... it doesn't work for me: It doesn't add domain aliases. I have domains like "typing-error.de", "typing-eror.de", "typing-errror.de", "typing-error.com" etc. (you get the idea). As-is, only the primary domain is added to the certificate.

list the websites that are being deleted when deleting as a confirmation.
Instead of that note that asks if we're sure we want to delete the selected subscriptions or domains, please list what is being deleted as a confirmation so that we're sure. I once accidentally deleted a whole account and had to rebuild it. To this day, I HATE deleting anything for fear that it's doing something that I didn't plan on.

Just like DigitalOcean has this option, the user should be able to set up a GitLab on his/her domain.

default chroot PHP cli should use Plesk panel PHP version & settings
Currently when a user uses SSH to execute PHP cli commands, it does not reflect the settings chosen in Plesk panel (it seems to be the default OS vendor PHP). While other PHP versions are available in "/opt/plesk/php/..." the current solution is neither ideal nor transparent to the user (most of them don't even know this path).
I suggest that the default chrooted PHP command
-) should use the same version as chosen as in plesk panel
-) and should use ini settings (memorylimit, maxexecution_time) as chosen in plesk panelIdeally this should even be possible on domain…
43 votesThe changes implemented in the Plesk Obsidian 18.0.44 release https://docs.plesk.com/release-notes/obsidian/change-log/#plesk-18044 The console now works using a domain’s PHP version instead of the system PHP.

Let's Encrypt SSL certificate for Plesks admin url
It would be great if we could ad a Let's Encrypt SSL to the admin url.
Is there an easy way to do this or will there be support in Plesk to do this?

Enable multiple strings in a single TXT (SPF) record
At the moment when adding TXT (SPF) DNS record in Plesk it is impossible to enter it as concatenated quoted strings
"v=spf1 include:AAA.com" "include:BBB.jp" "include:CCC.jp ~all"
(all quotes will be automatically escaped)
↓
"\"v=spf1 include:AAA.com\" \"include:BBB.jp\" \"include:CCC.jp ~all\""This RFC

3.1.3. Multiple Strings in a Single DNS recordstates that such concatenated quoted string format should be possible.
Please, implement this feature

MariaDB (MySQL) version selector
I tried to install MariaDB 10.1 instead of 5.5 that Plesk installs by default and I messed it all up, had to re-install Plesk. There should be a version selector during the installation.
There should be a full MariaDB integration because it has a lot of adventages in performance comparing to Oracle's MySQL and has a greater team. MariaDB 5.5 is so yesterday.

Let'sEncrypt Extension for Windows & .NET platform
I've noticed that you have developed an extension for Let'sEncrypt which is working only on Linux edition of Plesk. Why don't you take a look at ACMESharp open source project on Github which has already developed a CLI for windows and .NET?

Allow rolling back a security hardening measure for all selected WP sites
Currently you can roll back a security hardening only site-by-site. In fact, if I select multiple sites, and just one of them does not had that security hardening measure applied, the "Roll back" button is missing. Please see the attached screenshot for reference.

Add the option "Security of wp-content/uploads folder only"
Securing the whole wp-content will break many commercial templates, while blocking script execution under the wp-content/uploads and wp-content/upgrade folder have no known side-effects.
2 votesWe have addressed this in WordPress Toolkit v3.5. Securing wp-content will now only secure wp-content/uploads. The option was renamed accordingly to avoid confusion. Hope this helps!

48 votesYou can use “SFTP Backup” Plesk extension now – https://ext.plesk.com/packages/50e0dbd3-0fa3-45e8-ac4c-9333ade4de96-sftp-backup
With this extension, you can easily turn your Linux server into remote storage and use it to store backups via SFTP protocol. The extension is fully integrated with the Plesk backup interface and supports all operations available in Plesk backups.

Add a button "Detach selected" under Wordpress Toolkit
and show the full URL, because now we have to detach one by one our Wordpress installations. Also for installation that were altered or deleted outside Plesk (via FTP), the path is not shown anymore
0 votesActually, we have added the ability to mass detach instances in WPT 3.4. Refer to the following forum thread for more info: https://talk.plesk.com/threads/wordpress-toolkit.343831/page-6#post-852908. Hope this helps.
