Having subdomains created like they were in Plesk 9.5.x are easier to manage and use as it uses the "SUBDOMAIN" folder in the vhosts folder.

Ability to set starting directory for additional FTP user directory to dir outside vhosts, for example D:\some_dir
Ability to set starting directory for additional FTP user directory to dir outside vhosts, for example D:\some_dir
10 votesThis feature request got only very few votes over the course of 5 years. This may be owed to the fact that it poses indeed security risks to implement the requested model. Instead, Plesk focuses on making a server, the panel and subscriptions on that server secure. For these reasons we decline this request.

use the return path an existing email created by default. and can select in the email wich is used for it.
By default use an existing email created by default as a return path . Return path should be configured in mail tab instead of solution from here:
https://support.plesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/115000419013-What-is-the-return-path-sender-in-PHP-mail-scripts-and-how-to-change-it-10 votesThis feature request is based on an insufficient use of the PHP mail() function. The mail() function has a fifth parameter by which users can easily set the "from" address (which is referred to as the "return path" in this feature request). If the "from" address is not explicitely set in that PHP function, PHP uses the system user und which it is executed as the mail sender. This is an expected behavior. It is left up to the software developer to fit his application with a suitable configuration option to set a sender address. This is nothing that webspace control panel can dictate. For that reason we must decline this request.

Plesk Mobile add support of Plesk Multi Server
Extend Plesk mobile solution to multiserver environment. Plesk apps works on Plesk multiserver except Files feature. Login error.
10 votesThe Plesk Multiserver extension was discontinued a couple of years ago. It has been replaced by a much better SaaS approach "Plesk 360". Please check out https://platform360.io/auth/login

Make FTP Backup more robust
Make FTP Backup more robust. I constantly get messages that either FTP Backup didn't work or that it made a full backup instead of a incremental.
Also when i open the backup list, often the FTP backups aren't shown the first time... then i need to reload the page.It seems that there is a low timeout or something else that is wrong.
The FTP goes to a 1 gig synchronous NAS in our office and i hear the disk spinning up for a few seconds (the disks go to sleep on inactivity).Maybe this spinup time breaks the backup…

No Auto-Reply if part of a forwarding list
We have an email adress (info@…). All mails to "info" are forwarded to 4 individual persons.
If a person is away and activates an auto-replay, everyone gets this auto-replay. It would be nice, if one can supress the auto-replay in such cases.
Example:
Mr. Smith is out of office for 2 weeks. He has an auto-reply "Please contact info@…". This message will also be sent to every person who sends a mail to "info@…".
(Our workaround: removing smith from the list and add him after switching off the auto-reply. But in this time he misses all mails.)10 votesThank you for your input!

Manage folder for download dump backup
Actually, you can't manage folder destination when you download a backup from plesk interface
Add an option in plesk interface to define the folder path for :
Full backups -> /usr/local/psa/PMM/tmp
Domains backups -> /usr/local/psa/tmpHowever when you download backup files from the Plesk Control Panel, they are copied to a temporary location as a temporary file (these parameters are not manageable) and if you have small partition genrally /dev/md1 not enought than 18 Go, you can block all plesk server

Disaster Recovery Plesk _ Speed Up Backup Restoration procedure with possibility to open multiple process pleskrestore running
Allow the pleskrestore command to be run under different example accounts
pleskrestore --restore domains1.tar -level clients [<option_N> [<param>]]
pleskrestore --restore domains2.tar -level clients [<option_N> [<param>]]
pleskrestore --restore domains3.tar -level clients [<option_N> [<param>]]in order to obtain more simultaneous processes for the restore and therefore speeding up the recovery procedure of an entire server through plesk backups, in case of emergency.
It is very important to allow you to run multiple simultaneous processes, also because today's CPUs and disks are very powerful and performing, if in case of emergency recovery, 8 restore commands are launched, the recovery process is speeded up…
9 votesThere are two major bottlenecks for restores: Network bandwidth for downloading the archive from an external FTP server (either on the FTP server or on the local host) and cpu power on unpacking the compressed archives. Both are already maxed in the current restore algorithms. In addition, disk I/O capabilities can limit the restore speed. Specificially uncompressing creates a high cpu load and lots of disk I/O transactions. Running several such processes concurrently could stall the server and will not necessarily increase the restoration speed. Dozens of test restores on real production machines with 12-core CPUs and backup large archives (e.g. 500 - 800 GB) have shown that it is a much better and safer approach to do one such restore at a time as two of them will already overload a machine.
For these reasons we decline this request. However, rest assured that speed is always on the agenda.…

Add support for IPv6 to ka.plesk.com, hense Plesk licenses can be activate using IPv6
So far ka.plesk.com does not have IPv6, therefore servers with Plesk that have only IPv6 addresses cannot activate their license.
9 votesWe have no plans for adding IPv6 to KA. So, please use translation to IPv4 addresses for such Plesk servers.

opcache memory per vhost instead of shared
Currently Opcache is written in a shared memory it should be stored in the user's home folder. One client can see the all the scripts stored from all the sites hosted in the server.

Improve firewall module to allow editing outside of Plesk
The Plesk firewall module overwrites any custom rules saved outside of the firewall itself (for IP tables rules added via command line). It would make it a lot easier if the firewall module worked with the native tool and read the existing firewall rules instead of overwriting any rules not created by the module itself.
9 votesThanks for your input. We finally declined this request, because working with custom rules, chains, and configurations of iptables make firewall management difficult and require a lot of experience from the end-user. This makes the user interface complicated.

Multiply backups local rule + ftp rule
option 2 set 2 or more backup rules.
now its very time comsumming to download a backup from a FTP location if you want to restore 1 single subscription. My idea is to make 2 rules. So I can restore the backup of the previous day from local. And if I need an older backup I can download it from a FTP location.
1) 14+ days backup retention backup to FTP backup
2) 1 day backup retention on local serverAt this point I only can setup 1, local or FTP.

Option to add MySQL 5.6 from Plesk "add & remove programs"
It will be very helpful for Plesk users, if there is an "Option to add MySQL 5.6 in Plesk "add & remove programs" for both Linux and Windows.
9 votesPlesk doesn’t ship MySQL, it only downloads it from original OS vendor repo and it is quite likely it may be outdated there (especially for older OS). If your OS comes with MySQL 5.6 or higher version, then Plesk would run this for clients.

Mail Server should have optional setting to block exe, com, vbs files with our without attachment.
Presently can't find settings in Dr.Web Antivirus to block common virus attachments such as exe, com, vbs etc. Suggest there should be an option in Mail Server settings to block emails with unwanted executables files with or without zip files.
Yesterday received an email with virus with exe attachment passing through Dr.Web. After two hours I tested the same attachment and the attachment was succesfully blocked by Dr. Web. Obviously Dr. Web virus definition were not updated with this virus earlier.
