Add a possibility to allow/disallow "External email address" option when creating mail account
Please consider to add the possibility to allow/disallow "External email address" option on the "Create email address" screen per application user.
The function itself is useful, and many customers are using it.
However, due to security policy of the companies it can be necessary to prohibit password reset by an external email address in principle.Since each customer has a different security mindset, it would be useful to have an option to allow or disallow setting "External email address" on the "Create email address" screen for each application user.

Git extension deploy using git's own worktree
There are limitations with the current git deployment system, including:
- You cannot edit files in-site and push them back to a repo. You must make all changes elsewhere and push them in. This can be limiting.
- You cannot see what has changed in the deployment directory. If we could "git status" we could easily find scripts that hackers installed. Currently this can be done by setting --git-dir and --work-tree options to git, but that is painful.

Webhosting Migration Windows with central Smartermail Server
Make Migrations possible for Windows Plesk Hosting Servers with central Smartermail Server. right now it's not possible to move/migrate hosting from source to destination windows plesk server if same central remote smartermail mailserver is used. would be great if we could just move webhosting part from older windows to newer windows hosting server and let all mail accounts and mails untached on central remote smartermail server.

Problem in receiving mails.
I am frequently missing mails to my mail Id.
1 voteThis may have multiple reasons, we would recommend for investigation with our Support Service (if you purchased from Parallels) or with Support Service of your hosting provider.
Alternatively you can ask assistance on Parallels Forum.

Support server-side e-mail rules
Most e-mail clients support configuring rules to automatically perform actions on incoming messages based on certain criteria. You could for instance have a rule that automatically moves a message into a folder based on the address of the sender, a rule that automatically deletes a message if it contains certain words in the subject, etc.

Stop wordpress toolkit emails going out every night
Since we have upgraded to Plesk 12, many of our clients are complaining about the number of emails being sent to them regarding their wordpress is out of date.
Ideally we should be able to either turn the emails off, or set a time limit on them (say once a week or once a month).
We have searched through all crons but cannot find where this is being set.

WHMCS module / API to provision Docker containers.
Docker support is already a killer of Plesk (something I had begged for in WHM/cPanel before switching).
It would be epic if I could allow customers to purchase and provision a Docker container automatically from WHMCS. Obviously, there would have to be some tight control and they would only be pre-defined images. It must be a list of images that I curate since many Docker images do not provide sufficient environmental variables - example: official Redis doesn't let you pass a password, but others like bitnami/redis and
frodenas/redis allow you to pass REDIS_PASSWORD, which is necessary for a shared environment…17 votes -

Completely disable plesk login functionality and use whmcs as a single point of entry
We use plesk along with whmcs. Clients register and login directly via whmcs. We would like to completely disable plesk login functionality and all related mails like welcome mails, password forget etc. and use whmcs as a single point of entry.

You have to provide a feature as like old in Plesk 11.x
Add Time and Date fields in Mail Server as like Plesk 11.0
It will help for all to manage mail queue.

Broaden the search field, not just email addresses/users (include email forwarding section")
Good afternoon!
Is it possible to search for a user to which groups he/she belongs ?
E.g. if a user is in 5 different mail groups and I search for his/her email address/name, I would like to know in which email forwarding groups he is included or which mail groups he belongs to.
Does this make sense?

Extend Google Drive Backup extension functionality to use service accounts.
Currently It's possible to configure 50 backup repositories on Google Drive Backup per account, only. But according to

this limit does not apply to service accounts.

Add secondary email address to contact data
If a mail user or subscription owner forget their mail account password, password recovery information will be mailed to the single stored email address.
How should the user retrieve that email ?????
Therefore an alternate (secondary) email address is a MUST HAVE!!1 voteIn the rare case when mail user or subscription owner forget their mail account password and they cannot recover it, they can always contact hoster to change the password. You can also put secondary e-mail in the Description field, in case you’ll need to e-mail them.
Given that this request isn’t popular, it looks like people have efficient ways to resolve it, so unfortunately we have to decline it.

Domain blacklist
We would like customers to manage their domains themselves but limit them to a list of domains defined by the reseller/admin.
It would be great if a customer could e.g. define himself which domain (alias) should belong to which hosting package.
The problem at the moment is: If we give customer A the privileges to manage his domains, he could also add a foreign domain (NOT on the server) and configure mail accounts, e.g. *@ebay.com. The result would be that any mail another customer B who also uses our server sends to this domain could be "captured" by customer A.…

Support of JMAP
"JMAP is intended to be a new standard for email clients to connect to mail stores. It therefore intends to primarily replace IMAP + SMTP submission. Sounds good to have it ASAP it is released.
6 votes3 years after its invention support of JMAP is limited to "experimental" support in a rare number of software products. As Plesk does not provide mail server software themselves, but merely is a comfortable user interface to such software, JMAP will not become a reality in Plesk itself, but maybe in Postfix, QMail, Dovecot or a then new mail daemon application on servers some day in the future. In that case we'll be happy to review this topic again. But for now, it is just nothing that is close to becoming a reality on the web, neither are there suitable server software packages for which a user interface could be developed. For these reasons we must decline this request.

Mailqueue View Sender Account
Show not only sender and reciepient email adress. Show the account (Email-Adress) of the authorized Sender. Would be a great feature, if a mail account was hacked. So you would not have to check mail logs.
3 votesCould you please explain in more details what is usage scenario of adding this information? What is the case when you currently need to check this info in logs? Where specifically this account of authorized sender must be shown? And what you mean as “authorized sender”?
