    Hello
    I need an access to limitation on reseller but I see all of resellers can change all of performance , PHP setting , application poll and ... easily during create plans and my deny permissions not affected on reseller access but I need resellers fallow master access on my servers
    and I need to remove unlimited option on create plans for resellers , all of resellers can switch to unlimited option easily for customers during create plan

  2. More out of the Box configuration for Microcaching (Nginx)

    As far as now in Plesk 17.8.9 Beta there are just limited options to configurate Nginx Mircocache.

    There is no option to Cache every time.
    Even if you de-select all of the "Bypass cache when" Rules your file looks like that.

    /var/www/vhosts/system/domain.tld/conf/nginx.conf

    [...]
    proxynocache $nocache;
    proxy    cachebypass $nocache;
    [...]

    But I want Microcache to Cache even if nocache is set.
    Also these values are not configurable:

  3. Forward an email to non-existent user to the sender

    Please add functionality to forward an email to non-existent user to the sender on the email in example.com > Mail Settings > What to do with mail for non-existent users.

  5. Inbox / Email storage encryption

    Some customers and users find it difficult to trust a mail provider with unencrypted emails, while they are stored on the mail server, even the email account users domain administrator is sometimes not trusted like that.

    Plesk should consider implementing a way for email account owners to option-in on inbox / email storage encryption.

    Encryption per folder, inbox, domain or general over all, with their own key or with a key Plesk have generated.

    Most of the self-build CP hosters and even cPanel hosters do not have this option, and I think this would be…

  6. Grey Listing: Add office365 platform to white list patterns list as default

    Every day more users set their mail on Office365, and our customers have delays to receive messages, delays serious.

  7. Add Microsoft SQL Server PHP extensions to Plesk Linux

    They can be disabled by default (and optionally be enabled in PHP Settings, 7.0-7.1 only). The drivers appear to be quite stable - I have successfully installed them in Plesk on Ubuntu 16.04 and CentOS 7.4.

    This is especially interesting since SQL Server 2017 is available for Linux and Docker.

    Once the extensions are installed/enabled, the follow-up request would be to allow me to add remote MS SQL databases in Plesk Linux (not limited to RDS - any remote MS SQL instance).

  8. Add new columns in customer page or customize it

    We should be able to add new columns for customer page. It's important to manage customers in such a way. In my case I need to add new columns for:
    1. if a customer has already an aggrement with our company.
    2. see their mail adress in customer listing page.

  9. implement a switch for disabling the users (all of them at once) the option to delete e-mails

    Essentially one of the users asked if he can be prevented from deleting any e-mails for purpose of data safety.
    I wasn't able to find such an option after a quick search and was wondering if it is possible to implement it in the mail settings.

  10. Service Binding to specific IP address

    Zimbra is a great mail server solution, and it works great with Plesk if you can bind services from each to their own IP address. This can be done manually. But it brought to my attention the need to have this ability within Plesk without having to tinker with the conf files.

  11. Separate PHP-FPM process per subscription for security and performance reasons

    Sharing a PHP-FPM process with separate pools per websites is a security issue and a problem for performance when some clients may deploy bad scripts to the server.

    A huge reason for why sharing the same PHP-FPM process between subscriptions is that the OPCACHE (Xcache, APC and Opcache) share the same memory and it is accessible between clients. Disabling access to stats and controlling api of them is available, but it's not a great solution for some critical cases. Still, this is not suitable when isolation between apps is critical.

  13. Mailserver Config Check reguarding DNS and Spam

    It would be nice if a Preflight check were there. Check SPF Record, Forward and Backward DNS lookup, Send a testmail to mail-tester.com and parse the result to have ideas why own mail are spam....

  14. Ability to send mail messages with DKIM signature from domain alias

    In Plesk, there is an ability to create a domain alias for the main domain.
    Could you please add a possibility to sign a message with the DKIM signature message that is sent from the domain alias?

  15. Server-wide e-mail settings - Blacklist

    1. Function extension: bad domains with wildcard app, such as "* .bad-domain.tld or "?.*.bad-domain.tld", similar to spam blacklist?
    2. Possibility of uploading txt file, similar to spam blacklist?

    The problem: We have currently registered over 900 bad domains. 30% is held by domain variants.

  18. Sort/Filter mail addresses by forwards

    In the web administration panel, when you list email addresses and perform a filter search, only addresses that match the address itself, something at the description, or the alias appear. It would be nice if matches with forwarding addresses also appeared, so if we have multiple accounts forwarding to example@domain.com, all the addresses that forward to that account would be found.

  20. Delete mail after forwarding on Windows

    The feature for the removal of the forwarded emails' copies have been implemented on Linux. It is needed to have the same possibility on Windows as well.
