  2. Delete mail after forwarding on Windows

The feature for the removal of the forwarded emails' copies have been implemented on Linux. It is needed to have the same possibility on Windows as well.

  3. Set custom "system" email address in panel.ini for server notifications, e.g. password reset mails

Some notifications such as Additional Administrators activation email, password reset requests, etc. are sent from the "System" with the address: no-reply@<full-server-hostname>. To change this "System" sender email address, we can set the required full hostname under Tools & Settings > Server Settings > Full hostname.

It would be useful in the future to be able to change the address used for Activation and Password Reset emails in the panel.ini file.

Since Plesk 18.0.57, published November 21st, 2023, password reset and activation emails are no longer sent from the default email address if a custom one is specified in the senderAddress setting of the panel.ini file. (PPPM-14183).

Please let us know in your comments if this is not the expected solution for this feature request.

  6. Allow to merge multiple email notifications into one

Allow merging multiple email notifications into one, this to avoid bombarding for example new Customers with 2 to 4 mails instead of 1.

At the moment variables like {{ Domain }} cannot be used inside the "Notification of the customer creation" mail for example

  7. Smart Email Log Dashboard

Currently, Plesk only allows a raw, line-by-line view of mail logs through tools like Mail Log Browser. However, there is no real centralized and user-friendly interface that enables users to easily and clearly review the history of sent and received emails on the server.

The idea is to provide a global dashboard that groups together all domains and all existing mailboxes, offering a clear and organized chronological view of messages handled by the server. Each row would represent a single message (incoming or outgoing), with the main information immediately visible: sender, recipient, delivery status, spam score,…

  8. Ability to block emails from recipients that are in a certain mail list

Let's say I have a maillist on my Plesk for Windows server that sends emails to some external users.
I want a built-in ability to block emails from certain recipiens that are in the mail list.

We understand that you are seeking the ability to send mass emails but do not wish to receive replies from your target audience. To achieve this you can set your sender address to a non-existent mail address and configure your mail settings that emails directed to a non-existent mail address are rejected.

  9. indicate password strengh or acceptance during "reset password" process

There are many customers complaining, they have to try several passwords during the password-reset process, before one is accepted. There is no visual indicator if the typed password fits the safety regulations.

"Inside" plesk, the password strengh is indicated when they change theirs plesk- , FTP- or e-mail password. Why not during the reset-process?

The highlight would be an indicator, that permanently shows if the typed password is strong enough or has to be stronger (with a tooltip/hint, what specifications has to be met or which kind of character is missing).

  10. Email all mailboxes

Add the ability to send an email to all mailboxes on a Plesk server. The ability to email all resellers/customers exists but not the ability to send a global message to all mail users.

  11. Configure restrictions and perimissions on subscription level for SEO Toolkit

It would be very useful if an MSP can offer SEO Toolkit to their customers. At this point this is almost impossible for 2 reasons:
    1. Plans of the SEO Toolkit are not designed for hosting providers and MSP, but for end users and agencies. (there are not enough resources if you have a thousand clients on one server for example).
    2. There is no ability to set limitations and permissions for SEO toolkit based on the limitations of the module itself. E.g. Count of domains, urls to analyse, keywords, so now if a provider even buys the…

  12. Show overusing mailboxes if subscriber cannot be changed due to insufficient resources warning

When attempting to change subscriber for a subscription under a reseller, the following warning is returned:
Unable to continue subscription transfer: this subscription requires more resources than can be provided by the new owner's provider. However, the mailboxes exceeding the limit are not specified.

It is impossible to see which mailboxes exceed limits, especially if there are hundreds of domains on the reseller.

The suggestion is to include affected mailboxes into the warning, or at least to provide a [GUI] tool to find such mailboxes among all subscriptions under the affected reseller.

  13. in mail list programs, identify which email addessess are invalid

  14. Secure the Admin user login

Plesk has the functionality to limit or restrict the access for the Admin user login through IP modifying the DB.

would it be possible to add more functionalities to restrict user admin login such as by port for example?

  17. Remote access to databuse using TLS

Plesk allows you to limit the remote access to MariaDB to only certain IP addresses via Databases > Database Users > Access control > Allow remote connections from. But, the connection does not use TLS. Plesk should support using a TLS connection.

  18. Mod Security v3.x.x (aka libmodsecurity) for NGINX and Apache

    Hi,

Please consider implementing Mod Security v3.x.x (aka libmodsecurity) for NGINX and Apache in the next Plesk update.

At the moment any Plesk user if he wants to use Mod Security (official version supported by Plesk) is forced to use it as a web server:

    • Apache

    or

    • Apache + NGINX

Any Plesk user who wants to use only NGINX as a web server and without using Apache at the moment cannot use Mod Security because Plesk does not currently support it for NGINX exclusively web servers.

Here are some of the advantages of Mod Security v3.x.x (aka libmodsecurity and these…

  19. Calculating traffic through the file manager

if I am a service provider, I must be able to control and calculating the customer's resources.

for example. I don't limit the traffic for customers. However, I would be billed for the amount that exceeds a specified value.

It's traffic included FTP + HTTP + etc.

However, Traffic does not calculate through the File manager.

File manager is very easy, simple. so, Customers be heavily used.

I think it should also be calculated .

  20. restrict to edit SOA records for subscription, but allow to manage DNS records

It requires either limit user's ability to change the DNS zone timers (TTL, refresh, expiry...) or to limit them to a preset minimum, while still being able to edit the domain's records.
