Secure the Admin user login
Plesk has the functionality to limit or restrict the access for the Admin user login through IP modifying the DB.
would it be possible to add more functionalities to restrict user admin login such as by port for example?

auto generate abuse@domain.com e-mails
Like "postmaster@" i want a email "abuse@" to be autogenerated and forwarded to the main email-adress

Enabling dots/periods ('.') in e-mail folders
I would like to see the possibility to enable periods ('.') in email folders. Reason for that is that there are some webshops around here using the period as full store name and I would like to keep those emails in a separate folder.

Network Drive Support for Plesk for Windows
- Using network drive for moving vhosts
- Using network drive for moving Mail Data
- Using network drive for MySQL

identify mail accounts that are not used
To find out the names of mailboxes that haven't been used for a long time (no logins, sending or receiving emails), for example, over 3 months.

customers quite often run into unneeded problems when upgrading Plesk.

Unclear role when user is created automatically via "Access to the Customer Panel"
When you create a mail address from the Mail tab and have "Access to the Customer Panel" checked it is unclear what role is being assigned for the created user.
The request is to be able to specify this 'default' role that would be assigned to the users created in such a way.

If mailbox size is set to the maximum, then it is impossible to delete mails larger than mailbox size/2
If the mailbox size is set to the maximum (eg 25 MB), then it is impossible to delete mails larger than mailbox size/2 (>12.5MB). This is because the system tries to copy the mail first to trash (2*>12.5) -> error.
This should be resolved as soon as possible. "overloading" also for mailboxes
I as "hosting-reseller" would like to have "overloading" also for mailboxes so that I get a mail and a hint on the admin-panel startpage, when a mailbox is overloaded. And I would like the have the hint on the admin-panel more popular (bigger font and red).

Add "Activate account by e-mail" option to the command adding customer via CLI
There is no option "Activate account by e-mail" while adding customer with command like below:
plesk bin customer --create JDoe -name "John Doe" -passwd sample -country US -notify false
No such option in:

Configure MailEnalbe Whitelist via Plesk
There is White List under Tools & Settings > Mail Server Settings, it is used by SpamAssassin.
MailEnalbe has also White List under Servers > localhost > Services and Connections > SMTP > Properties > Whitelist.
MailEnalbe Whitelist cannot be managed through Plesk.
It would be nice, to have ability to manage MailEnalbe Whitelist in Plesk interface

user email expiration date
As we work a lot with temporary trainees and external employees. In the past it happend we occasional forgot to disable an email account after they had left the company due to other important business activities. This was a security risk and this made me think of a solution.
I know that in Microsoft Active Directory an option exists where you can set a time limit on an user account. As an example you can set that new account to expire after a certain specific date in the future. Once that date has been reached the account will be…

Send Mail if IP is jailed (Fail2ban)
make an option to send a status email if a ip is banned or jailed.

Change default notification settings for built-in scheduled task on Windows
The following built-in scheduled tasks on Plesk for Windows are set byd default to Notify = Every time. Every clean install of Plesk will send daily two annoying e-mail messages to the administrator. It will be more useful to change that default to Notify = Errors only.

Horde already supports GPG encryption and key management. It would increase mail security a lot if it could be configured from plesk.

Allow E-Mail Aliases from all available Domains
I'd like to be able to create email aliases for a mailbox also for all the other domains I have available in Plesk.
Currently I have to create a new forwarder email address for the other domains.
I'd suggest to be able to select the domain (default on the currently selected) in a drop-box on the Email Aliases page.
