  1. Allow WPML Multi-stage licenses in wp-config

    If we add the line "define( 'OTGSINSTALLERSITEKEYWPML', 'your-site-key' );" in the wp-config, for keep our WPML license between dev et prod stages, the Wordpress-toolkit detect a problem and won't copy data. Please fix it.

  3. Show timestamp on plesk notifications & timeout for disappearance

    Plesk should include timestamps on each notification that pops up.
    We as plesk administrator should have an option to enable pop up timeout to appear in the ui and set it by seconds/hours.

    For example, if you add a domain and a pop up of failed SSL installation appears will make customers wonder if there's a problem and contact support.

    If you installed a new wordpress instance, the pop up shows that wordpress was installed, but when?

  5. Support client-side file chunking in Plesk File Manager to bypass Cloudflare 100MB limit

    When Cloudflare Proxy is enabled (Free/Pro plans), it imposes a hard 100MB limit on file uploads via POST requests.
    Plesk File Manager does not support client-side chunked uploads, so large files cannot be uploaded when Cloudflare is active.
    Adding chunked upload support would allow users to upload large files safely even when behind Cloudflare protection, and improve reliability for all users working with large assets like videos or backups.

  6. Avoid to the extent posible changing existing ui when you add new features.

    As a developer we tend to want to put new features in the most prominent place often at the cost of hiding existing features. In most cases the new feature were more important than an existing feature it would already have been done and not be a new feature.
    Therefore when adding a new feature an effort should be made to consider where it should go in the UI that it does not interfere with existing UI. This is especially true of reskining... reskinning often appeals to marketeers and novice users but alienates existing users.

    We generally agree and put a lot of effort and care into preserving experience for existing users. We don’t reject changes per se, but make sure that the changes allow smooth transition.

    However the provided statement is not actionable.
    If you can tell specific recent examples of where you think the changes broke your experience – we can review them more carefully.

    Without examples we will have to close the request.

  7. new subscription plan (Admin SE) for unlimited website.

    Please add a new Subscription same like Admin SE for Unlimited Domains. I'm a developer in Pakistan, india, Philippines, and in here clients don't have budget to pay for the hosting and Plesk license. they only pay $30 - $50 dollars for a complete website including domain and hosting. we can't afford Plesk paid license,
    i suggest a new subscription plan with same Admin SE Features but Unlimited domain with the price of $3 - $5,

    if we have access Admin SE Unlimited Domain, we can manage all clients websites at one server.

  8. stand alone phpmyadmin

    Currently I am not able to give a standalone phpmyadmin for a specific database to my developer.

    as this redirects to plesk login screen.

    I have created a plesk user account with restricted permission to only "create and manage databases" and when logins, user can view all databases under the subscription chosen for that user.

    Is it possible that the user can be linked with a mysql user, so that plesk user is able to view only databases which are designated to that mysql user.

  9. Dedicated IPs should be assigned the same certificate as the subscription assigned to it

    At the moment If you assign a certificate to a subscription it works as SNI by default, even when that domain has a dedicated IP assigned already. That is a problem in a shared hosting environment because every time that a clients installs or updates a certificate we have to manually activate it for the client (the clients only have access to their subscription's configuration, not the server's) and do a dirty hack to activate the same cert on both the IP and the subscription (as the cert doesn't appear in the certs list for that IP).

  10. Update crucial security tools such as Fail2ban, Rootkit etc.

    I am still trying to figure out why is it that we have a VERY OLD Fail2ban security module for Plesk? This version needs a lot of tweaking and has many bug fixes in the latest updates (currently: 0.10.1 release date 2017/10/12. So may releases, features, bug fixes and optimizations have been released, yet Plesk is still using a very old version.     1. Fail2Ban
    Fail2Ban v0.9.x is a stable branch, that’s why we use it now.

    Currently, Fail2ban v0.10.x is experimental (https://www.fail2ban.org), but you can vote for https://plesk.uservoice.com/forums/184549-feature-suggestions/suggestions/17924536-fail2ban-now-supports-ipv6-please-upgrade and we will consider this functionality in upcoming releases if it will be popular and not experimental.

    This functionality was added in Plesk Onyx 17.5.3 Update 15. We suggest you to upgrade to Plesk Onyx 17.5.3 Update 15 and check it out (https://docs.plesk.com/release-notes/onyx/change-log/#1753-mu15).

  11. Web Presense Builder - SMTP Authentication

    Today I submitted a ticket to support as contact forms do not work on Web presence builder in Plesk Onyx.

    We do not allow unauthenticated emails for obvious reasons but Plesk Web Presense Builder requires this security hole to be open.

    It is ludicrousness that Plesk do not support SMTP authentication for sending of emails through web presence builder even in Plesk onyx which is branded around being the developers choice CP when such basic things are missing from its features!

  12. allow more than a single mysql database

    It would be absolutely wonderful if when creating a new database for a site, you were allowed to choose the type of database. I just realized that a database I created yesterday to load new site content into, and then later would be switching the directory serving files to the new one, using the new database while the old directory would be tied to the existing database. This would make switching back in the event something is found to be not working that did in development.

    I would like to request compatibility between the MariaDB upgrade feature recently developed by Plesk and CloudLinux. The current upgrade feature is excellent for simplifying and enhancing the security of MariaDB upgrades, but it unfortunately does not support CloudLinux, which many users rely on for stability, security, and ease of use.

  14. restart cookie expiration time of 2FA (Google Authenticator) after a successful login

    It is already possible to have the cookie of the 2FA login expire after n days. But for admins who work on many servers, this still causes unnecessary extra work once that time frame expires. Because then they will be prompted to enter the 2FA code again, and this happens on all the servers they operate. It adds up to a lot of wasted work time.

  15. provide a way to increase memory_limit for scheduled tasks

    I'm experiencing an issue that seems fairly common for magento2 developers with plesk. When I try to add the cron job for magento 2 I hit a memory exhausted error at 128MB.

    The proposed way in

  16. Clarify "Web Hosting Access", "Web Server Settings", and "Hosting Settings" in the Power User view

    As an IT professional and software developer, I find the most confusing part of the panel to be the distinction between "Web Hosting Access", "Web Server Settings", and "Hosting Settings" in the Power User view.

    Under "Web Hosting Access", it feels like "System user" and "Hard quota on disk space" make sense, but the "IP Addresses" setting is in the wrong place. I would think that the IP addresses would be configured under "Hosting Settings".

If companies running such services would like to integrate their business models with Plesk, Plesk offers a free API for them where they can develop extensions for Plesk.   20. Add option to calculate the .trash folder in Home directory of File Manager

    Could you please add the option to calculate .trash folder in Home directory of the File Manager (so when calculating the size of all contents of the domain you can choose the checkbox of the ".trash" folder)
    Main reason is that before the .trash bin was implemented in Plesk the size of the Home direcory calculated in File Manager (more > calculate) matched with the amount disk space used in Statistics

    It would be great if this was optional (for example can be configured for some the customer via panel.ini)
