  1. Show currently/recently mail sending scripts

    Use case: One of our customer has uploaded files to his ftp server in a public internet cafe and his password was stolen. Afterwards there was a mass spam mail sending script on his webserver. Our server has been landed in black lists. It was very difficult to find and correct it.

  2. Limit the results displayed by Plesk search bar without removing the search functionality

    It would helpful to limit the content found by Plesk search bar. For example, hiding some of the following results:
    - Websites
    - Extensions
    - APS applications
    - Settings
    - Etc

  3. Allow sending/receiving mails for address of Public Mail folder

    In Plesk Premium EMail it is not possible to send or receive mails on the address of the public mail folder's name.

    It should be possible to send mails from the public mail folder and mails received in it should be visible for other mail-users as in Microsoft Exchange.

  4. Backup: limit backup operation by time period

    Server-wide setup to avoid users/customers to do backups on some time intervals. avoiding cpu usage on backups on premium time, leaving more resources for webserver related processes.

    Add a feature that allows the configuration of Postfix relay to Exchange for a specific domain.

    For example, all outgoing emails from @example.com are relayed to an Exchange/Office 365 server.

  6. Make it possible for users withaout hosting in their subscription, but only mail and dns, to create domains.

    I have several customers, only with mail and DNS.
    These customers are not able to create more domains within their subscription (up to the limit on the subscription).

    The only way to do this now, is to give the customer hosting in his subscription.

  9. SPAM protection - Check if sender Mail domain exists

    For better SPAM Protection it would be nice to add an Option to let the Mailserver check, whether senders Domain is existing or even not.

    I got Mails from "Domain.xyz" wich is of Course no valid TLD.
    "Reply-To" is of Course an valid Mail adress.

    On request, my Data-Center told me they could activate that Option, but while Plesk is Controlling that config, on next Plesk update the Change gets lost.

    So: Could you add in Plesk that Feature as an Option?

  10. Mail blacklist monitoring

    Recently my Plesk server has been placed on one of the most used blacklists. This was because of one of my customer mail boxes was hacked. It would be great if I was notified soon once my IP was visible on the blacklists.

    Maybe Plesk can create a extra module in the monitoring module where it will poll a list of DNS blacklists. A bit like www.dnsbl.info or blacklistalert.org or mxtoolbox.com/blacklists.aspx. And then prererable with configurable with a custom list and interval so for example every hour the blacklists are being polled. And when it's a hit a mail will…

  11. Separate mozilla tls cipher settings for web and mail

    Please separate the mozilla tls cipher settings for web and mail.
    Sometimes the old ciphers has to set only for mail and not for web.
    Additionally it would be great if the setting could available on domain basis.

  12. Wordpress Update-Notification E-Mails - adjust Mail Frequency

    As lot of our Customers / Reseller complain abaut the Daily sent Wordpress Update Mails - it would be important if we could change the Frequency of the Mails ... so we could say send them once per week ...

    We know that we can disable them completely - but that's not an option - as it's important to urge Customers to upgrade their WP installations ... but E-Mail every day is too much! ;-)

  13. Allow create and add emails as separate permissions and "mail only plesk"

    That will allow to give people access without having lo control the mails they create (space on the server) using a limit of accounts.

    Also it would be interesting a mode for "DNS only" and "Mail only" plesk without any web related administration.

  16. Mail Delivery Reports

    Hi

    I have tried to see if this idea has been mentioned but have not found one yet.

    For a long time with my hosting provider i have been using WHM and since we have had to move to a new host and start to use plesk we are finding it great but missing a certain feature which we think could help other people and their clients as we get asked if we can check this from time to time.

    Once feature we thought was great in WHM was the Mail Delivery Reports If somthing like this can be implemented…

    We are happy to announce that the ability to Track Email Delivery is now available in Log Browser 1.8.0. In the new version, Plesk customers (as well as Plesk administrators) can track email delivery and manage deferred emails right in the domain card (under the "Mail" tab). If an email has been deferred, the reason also be shown.

  17. When users use third-party mail service like yandex.ru, mail.ru, gmail.com , etc... - automatically disabled local mail service.

    P.S. when use php_mail - received 550 error, maybe globally resolve this problem.

  18. If disk limit reached don't suspend website but block access for owner to website

    If the website reached the hard disk limit it is required that website still remain live but owner cant add new images or blogs. Instead of suspending website.

  19. Prevent users to be able to remove files from file manager

    Add the possibility to prevent/block any file or directory removal from within the File Manager in Plesk by the subscription/domain users.

    An example that could be applied is the same as it can be applied already for ProFTP config files as follows:

    We believe that meanwhile this feature became available. For one it is possible to "move" domains between subscriptions, and it is also possible to restore domain or mailbox content from a backup to another subscription once a domain has been moved. For these reasons we are changing the status of this request to "already available". If this should not fit your needs, please open a new request and describe in detail what you would like to see in Plesk.
