    It's required to send Plesk notifications using external Mail server at the same time keep local mail server(postfix) working for domains.

  2. WordPress plugin restoration point

    Would be great to have WordPress plugins to be able to have restoration points on a plugin upgrade basis and not only for WordPress major upgrades.

    This way, WordPress plugins can be managed individually with more control over them.

    We’d like to introduce this feature, but we’ll have to solve certain technical difficulties first (for example, properly handle cases where database structure is updated by a plugin and you want to roll the changes back). We’re positive that we can overcome these difficulties, though.

  4. Wordpress Toolkit favoritism and filtering

    Currently the Wordpress Toolkit interface is a bit messy with all the Wordpress instances of you and your customers.
    It would be great if there would be the possibility so that you can mark and filter for certain Wordpress instances. Marking with stars could make it possible that the most important Wordpress instances always appear on the top and can be checked for updates and security issues very quickly.

  6. Alternative functionality for configuring FTP backup storage instead of <backup-manager> operator.

    There is a need for new functionality that allows us to configure FTP backup storage settings. Plesk UI is not an applicable way. As XMP-API <backup-manager> operator is deprecated in Plesk 17.8, alternative cli functionality is required to manage FTP backup storage settings. It was possible to perform via XML-API <set-remote-storage-settings> node of <backup-manager> operator.

  9. ability to change IP for particular domain

    Currently, in Plesk it possible to change IP only on subscription level. As a result, the IP is changed for all domains under subscription. The ability to change IP on domain level would be very useful

    Please write exact scenarios of why do you want to hide this functionality in Plesk.

    Do you want to disable File Manager on a server or you would like to disable File Manager for particular customers only? And why?

    Your descriptions will help us to properly estimate if this idea is worth to be implemented or not.

  11. remote smartermail ssl

    if smartermail is local install you can create a SSL for webmail. This doesn't work with remote smartermail.

    I would like plesk to introduce this so some kind of agent is running on the server so Plesk can communicate with IIS on the remote web server to copy SSLs and bindings.

  12. Add Mailman support to Let's Encrypt

    Please add Mailman support to Let's Encrypt.

    Ideally, one could issue either a certificate directly for lists.domain.com or a wildcard certificate for *.domain.com.

    Furthermore, a secure connection should be enforceable.

  13. let the user manage the disk space while the subscription is suspended.

    Let the subscriber delete the emails by him/herself to make some space when the allowed disk space is overused. Now we can't do anything to make space once the subscription is suspended. Have to call the support every time. It's really fraustrating!!!

  14. Show who last created, modified or deleted a file or directory (history)

    We would to like a plugin to view who is the latest person with access to plesk or ftp that you have changed or modified files and keep a record of who has modified it, the date and time.

  15. editable global mime types for apache (default for all virtual hosts)

    By default, apache will return wrong mime types for some file extensions (for examples font files).

    We can add additional mime types per website, however we can't edit them globally for all websites via plesk.

    We can achieve this by editing /etc/apache2/conf-enabled/mime-types.conf manually from cli, however plesk could provide a more comfortable way to do it.

    Please add option to edit global mime types that will be used by all virtual hosts by default and overridden if website has its own instructions.

  16. Windows Subsystem for Linux (WSL) - features from Linux to Windows

    Please add support for Linux tools (and programming languages, such as Ruby) to Windows through Windows Subsystem for Linux (WSL) and support for PLESK. Of course in the future. This function, in my opinion, is of great importance and gives Plesk a great advantage.

    Windows Server 2016 (1709) supports Windows Subsystem for Linux (WSL), Semi-Annual Channel.

    Windows Subsystem for Linux (WSL) will be implemented in all versions of Windows Server 2019.

    I suppose that it would be better to move your hosting to Plesk for Linux if you want to use Linux technologies. Some years ago Apache was supported by Plesk for Windows but it was dropped due to high business cost and insufficient reliability and relevance. Therefore I’m not sure that it is good idea to spread resources to support Linux technologies on Windows servers.

    But anyway, thank you for your input! Maybe we will consider this functionality in upcoming releases if it will be popular.

  17. SSH keys with passphrase protection

    Bitbucket repository provides the possibility to generate SSH keys with passphrase protection for better securing.
    However, Git extension in Plesk doesn't support passphrase protection and fails with "Permission denied" error.

    Consider adding passphrase protection as it will increase the security.

  18. Plesk billing solution for customer and reseller, e.g. like WHMCS

    I know that there is WHMCS billing solution but it is not intuitive and need lot of task to make it work.
    Please could you reflect including a Ready To Go billing solution, just by installing an extension, it could be a GREAT release !

  19. Having possibility to add multiple addons to service plans

    Hello,

    can you consider adding possibility to have one Service Plan Addon to be added multiple times to one subscription?

    For example Service plan with 2GB of hosting space could be extended with 5x of 1GB plan addon. This could be used with WHMCS which allows buying configurable options to hosting plans during hosting time period and users could extend their hosting space whenever they need it without changing their hosting plan to higher since they mostly need hosting space without any additional features.

    As far as I can see when I create 1GB hosting space addon I can only…

  20. fail2ban - Add Details (Login Name)

    Often large Companies with lot's of Workstation are getting blocked because 1 Client in their Office is trying to log in with wrong Password (imap/pop/smtp) - then the whole Office of them is getting blocked and the search which PC/which User is causing the block.starts ...
    It would help big times if one got a reference which Login Name / Username caused the block as additional Info next to the IP ...
    Won't help on Brute Force Attacks where the Username changes ... but on this Scenario it would be a big Timesaver ...
