  1. Soft Suspend - Restrict Limited Service Access

    Right now plesk suspend feature disable all services including Web, SMTP, POP, IMAP but there should be an option where administrator have choice to define which services to suspend.

    The usual problem we experience is, when we suspend services the email services stops completely but we want the SMTP (specially inbound) should be enable so customer emails reach to server instead of bounce back but they cannot access their email through POP/IMAP services.

  3. Add global setting for automatic mail.domain.tld certificate assignment

    I'd like to propose a straightforward solution that has proven effective in the industry.

    Introduce a global setting in Plesk:

    [ ] Use mail.domain.tld subdomains for all mail certificates
    ⓘ This setting will automatically assign mail certificates through mail.domain.tld subdomains for all subscriptions.

    Benefits of this approach:

    • Provides a consistent, automated way to handle mail certificates.
    • Solves the automatic renewal issue without requiring manual intervention.
    • Simplifies subscription migration between Plesk servers. Customers won't need to adjust settings, reducing frustration for both clients and administrators.

  4. No Auto-Reply if part of a forwarding list

    We have an email adress (info@…). All mails to "info" are forwarded to 4 individual persons.
    If a person is away and activates an auto-replay, everyone gets this auto-replay. It would be nice, if one can supress the auto-replay in such cases.
    Example:
    Mr. Smith is out of office for 2 weeks. He has an auto-reply "Please contact info@…". This message will also be sent to every person who sends a mail to "info@…".
    (Our workaround: removing smith from the list and add him after switching off the auto-reply. But in this time he misses all mails.)

  5. Exclude mailboxes for a specific domain from a backup

    Hello,

    While creating backup via Plesk control panel it would be great to have ability exclude email accounts of particular domain name, not all email accounts at once.
    This is due to the fact that when the mail accounts are very large, it significantly increases the time to create a backup, and causes it's freezing as a result.

  6. Roundcube problem. everytime problem. Php update than roundcube problem, service stop and not run. Roundcube shit, Plesk mail service must

    Plesk mail service must make an alternative.RoundCube plesk recently developed an alternative mail service you. Roundcube always a problem, the service stops. We had to continue with the Horde.

  9. Make it possible to authenticate without a mailbox

  10. Sending mail as a different address

    I have forwarding active and I would appreciate the opportunity to choose what email address the receiver sees. I would like that I could send and email and I would look like it came from my other address so they could answer straight to that one.

  11. not changing event_id for event_handler

    Hi
    We built some scripts to add some new events by CLI (due it is not possible by XML- API) to our over 70 Plesk installations. We detected, that in several Plesk installations (even with the same Plesk- Version number), the IDs of the events (plesk bin event_handler --list-events) changes. So we can't use a script. We always have to check and fix the "Event" manually. it would be helpfull to use static ids (even for different versions of plesk) or a speaking id (exp. "reseller-limit-changed", "susbscripion-limit-changed")...

  13. Implement some basic optimisations

    Like the wp-cron feature released recently it would be useful to have other functionality like
    - Warn if not using InnoDB
    - Clear out and limit post revisions
    - Disable revisions
    - Cleanup autoload options
    - Cleanup sessions
    - Image crushing

  15. Add ability to hide hide controls for "rejection of messages for non-existent mail addresses" for admins and resellers

    Currently, the function Tools & Settings --> Interface management --> Interface control visibility
    --> "Hide controls for rejection messages for non-existent mail addresses" hide control only for users. Admins and resellers still can manage this.

    Add the ability to hide this function for admins and resellers into Plesk restricted mode settings

  17. Add max_connection to server-wide email settings

    I frequently run into the problem not to be able to connect to my email server. The log shows: "Maximum connection limit reached"

    If you have multiple email accounts, say for different domains, and you use them on your laptop, iphone and ipad, the connections sum up very quick one or the other can't connect anymore.

    To get rid of this I'd like to have an option inside server wide email settings to be able to set MAXDAEMONS and MAXPERIP for courier-imap service, so I don't have to patch the /etc/courier-imap/imapd manually.

  18. Issue Let's Encrypt Wildcard (and others) certificate without main domain in SAN (use DNS-01 challenge only)

    Currently the Let's Encrypt Wildcard requires that main domain would be hosted on the Plesk server, and pass the HTTP-01 challenge as well as DNS-01 for Let's Encrypt.
    However for issue the Wildcard Let's encrypt require only DNS-01 challenge.
    The HTTP-01 limits the causing the issue since not always the main domain is hosted on the same server as the subdomains.

  19. Restoring the default values for DNS + DomainKey

    When you make a restore of the default values for the DNS for a domain, it is verry annoying that some special DNS records are erased in the same time. Exemple the code for DOmainKey that need to go back in the mail setting, disable and re-enable this fonction at each time.

  20. Docker memory management

    Please add the ability to manage Docker containers. Currently the extension allows limiting the RAM usage, but doesn't allow adjusting swap limit and protect container from being killed by OOM.
