  2. user-friendly interface

    Some processes last long and not always clear what is happening.
    1. Somewhere must be showing: that now makes the panel.
    2. View the progress of operations, for example: migration. Panel can showing progress. Let updated via ajax. The script is simple and takes less resources than reloading the page via button "Update".

  3. Import Awstats from CPanel with Plesk Migration

    When performing migration from Cpanel to Plesk, it would be very helpful to import Awstats (Web statistics) from CPanel to Plesk with Plesk Migration in order to keep these information.

  5. Remove digest-md5 from dovecot and postfix configs

    Seeing as the current implementation does not work with Outlook (and a lot of people use Outlook), it would make sense to remove the digest-md5 option from dovecot and postfix configs. These options keep coming back on a Plesk update so it would better to just remove them completely.

  7. Ability to set IP address on Plesk home page

    Currently, the IP address shown on the Plesk Home page is the first IP that was added to the server. It is required to have ability to select IP address to show on Plesk home page. It will be easier for admins to manage Plesk servers.

  8. SSL It! Add HSTS preload options for the domain and allow the choice www or non-www domain name

    For this extension to be truly useful in regards to adding HSTS to a domain it needs to provide the options necessary to implement it in a way that meets the requirements for preloading.
    So it needs to:
    1) have an option to add the preload directive.
    2) allow for the choice www or non-www domain name by performing the proper redirects to meet the requirements for preloading. Even if it means instructing the client to manually set the "Preferred domain" to "None" as part of the process then having the client return to the extension and then the extension…

  9. wordpress migration filter for sites/plugins or themes with update

    In the wordpress migration tools, I would like to see a switch/option to show only the plugins/themes/sites with updates.
    In a few hundred plugins it's unclear which 3 or 4 are actual having an update.
    Or, as an alternative, give the update marker its own column so I can sort them together.

  10. Comment field at the bottom of each control panel page

    If making setting changes, it would be great to have comment section as a notepad. This would help to accidentally revoke such settings later because the reason of a config is forgotten.

  12. Ability to add MX DNS record with a custom priority from Plesk GUI

    Currently, MX record the dropdown priority options are available at an interval of "5".

    However, Google Mail and G-Suite require to create MX-record with a priority 1, which is not available in Plesk.

    Please, add ability to set other MX priorities in Plesk interface.

  13. Manage manual added Databases (without Plesk)

    It's not possible to manage Databases that had been added manually without Plesk 12. I can't say that i want to use a specific Database in a "profil" Domain-Database Setting.

    It would be really nice to add a Option to "add existing / import" a Database the Plesk GUI would like the same but no checking of " Database with requested name already exists".

    Now i can't do a fully Backup with all Databases, manuall with plesk added Databases are missing!

  14. add configurable setting to adjust the maximum allowed imap pop3 connections

    Currently if an IP address opens to many connections you have to manual edit the imap config file to allow more connections:

    This setting could be under server settings.

    /etc/courier-imap/imapd

    MAXDAEMONS=40 change to MAXDAEMONS=80

    MAXPERIP=4 change to MAXPERIP=40

  15. MyLittleAdmin customization support

    Currently Plesk doesn't support customization of MyLittleAdmin settings, and all myLittleAdmin files will be overwritten during package upgrade.

    In the nearest future, we plan to stop shipping MyLittleAdmin with Plesk. This is because MyLittleAdmin is not in active development, and has  known security issues. Instead, Plesk will provide links to downloadable  clients and instructions on how to connect the client to the Plesk  server. This change is currently scheduled to take place with the release of Plesk Obsidian 18.0.53 (early June 2023).

    Plesk should automatically check PHP configuration files for any changes and apply them in case PHP settings were changed directly on the server and not via Plesk.

  17. More customizable password strength

    Please consider implementing more options for customization of password strength - for example disalbing it, setting allowed password to have lower than 5 symbols or the opposite - increase number of symbols required for a password.

  18. email forwarding anti loop mechanism

    Today it seems Plesk is not able to manage a simple mail forwarder configuration like the following:

    pippo@domain.com (local address) forwarding to pluto@domain.com (local address)
    pluto@domain.com (local address) forwarding to pippo@domain.com (local address)

    This kind of configuration generates a mail-forwarding-loop, but it should be possible to avoid it and terminate the forwarding without issues.

    This kind of configuration is simple and immediately working on cPanel based systems (tested on several systems). in my specific case, I migrated from cPanel to Plesk a company mail server and now I'm experiencing big complaints because I'm not able to preserve this simple…

  19. Summary Report including "Back Up My Account and Websites"

    It is found that the statistics not calculated the backup taking by using the option, "Back Up My Account and Websites". The mentioned case in default behavior in Plesk servers.

    All this will not show under the statistics report in Tools + Settings -> Statistics -> Summary Report.

    Please include the above into the statistics calculation.

  20. Webhooks

    I imagine most sysadmins would like the idea of being able to set up webhooks for many of the notifications sent out via Plesk so that we can log this info and/or act on it.

    Some notifications that would be great to be able to add webhooks for:
    1. A user/attacker gets blocked for using the wrong password too many times on an email or ftp account
    2. Email account/hard drive reaches specified capacity
    3. Apache is down!
    4. Server is down
    5. DNS issues
    6. Let's encrypt issues

    I'm sure there are plenty more situations where webhooks would be…
