Introduce notification threshold on disk space usage
Customers exceed the allocated disk space. A notification is sent. But customers don't want this notification when they exceed the allocation, but BEFORE they exceed it so that they can react to a warning in a timely manner and won't face overuse charges.
Why is this a problem? Some users don't check their email regularly. They feel pressured to pay an overuse fee if they are not allowed "enough" time to react to an overuse situation.
Proposed feature: A notification threshold for disk space usage should be introduced to service plans in GB or percentage or a general threshold…

Limiting access to Plesk panel by specifying the allowed dst addresses
It is required to control the accessibility of the Plesk panel by having an option to permit access only by the specified server's IP's. For example:
Let's say there are 172.16.1.10 & 172.16.1.11 IPs on the server both assigned with a domain name panel.example.com.
Option "Specified domain" is set in Tools&Settings > Customize Plesk URL.
Any other IP address on that should NOT serve the login procedure. However, when this server has a full subnet 172.16.1.32/27 added as the secondary IP addresses, it is possible to open any of them via the Web Browser, afterward press "Log in to Plesk"…
1 voteTo let the Plesk login react only on a single IP address or a defined address range is a valid request. We will consider this functionality in upcoming releases if it will be popular.
Everyone, please continue voting for this feature if you consider it important.

Add Support for the Outlook Calendar HTML Format(e.g. add Signatures, Images in the Appointment Body)
When you have a Microsoft Account Email, you can add your Mail Signature, images, etc... to the Appointment, I'm guessing because it's HTML Format instead of Text only.
Could you implement having Appointments as HTML Format, and if so an Option for that to be synced with the Outlook Calendar.
Screenshot 1 is the Plesk Calendar, Second one is the Outlook one.
Although you can change the Plesk Calendar to HTML, it doesn't work, so i'm figuring it's not implemented yet1 voteIf you find that some existing functionality doesn't work, it's a bug, but not a feature request. In order to file a bug report, you need to do it here: https://talk.plesk.com/forums/reports.746/

Prevent Duplicate Daily Maintenance Task
Sometimes the Plesk daily maintenance task takes a long time to complete, which may even cross over to the next day on a server hosting 300+ domains. As a result we end up with multiple Daily Maintenance Scripts running in parallel and causing heavy load on the server.
A feature should be added to the Plesk Daily Maintenance Script to;
1. check for any existing Daily Maintenance Scripts processes
2. send a mail to Plesk Administrator of this issue
3. exit without launching a duplicate task1 voteThank you for your input!
Unfortunately, we have to close your request, because over the years it has not become quite popular for further implementation.

Correct the xml api for adding members to maillinglist, removing members from maillinglist and removing mailing lists.
Correct the xml api for adding members to maillinglist, removing members from maillinglist and removing mailing lists.
For those events there is no way to filter the domain of the mailing lists. So when there is the same mailing list for two domains the api gets crazy and do the action in both lists.

Add possibility to use {{ panel link }} placeholder for Site creation Plesk notification
At the moment it is not possible to use {{ panel_link }} placeholder for "Site creation" Plesk notification task.
Instead of value for {{ panel_link }} placeholder, the empty text is shown in the received mail.
It will be very helpful to use this placeholder for example when we create a Customer Account with the website.
Example:
New user account can now be used to log in via following URL using the username and password you assigned: http://www.{{ domain }}:8880 if the dns is pointing to the site, or at any time you can use {{ panel_link }}
2 votesThank you for your feature request. We will consider the possibility of its implementation if it becomes sufficiently popular and in demand.

Global Default Option: Move Spam to Spam/Junk Folder
Currently, in Plesk, the option to automatically move detected spam emails to the Spam/Junk folder must be configured individually for each mailbox.
I suggest adding a global default setting in Tools & Settings → Spam Filter that enables “Move spam to Spam folder” by default for all existing and new mail accounts – regardless of individual user settings.
Add a checkbox in global spam filter settings: “Enable ‘Move spam to Spam folder’ by default for all mailboxes”
This is a fundamental feature that I believe everyone would welcome, and since it will also be optional, everyone…

Separate notification for each event.
It would be useful to to get separate mails (copies) for each notification. For example to be able just to forward this notification to customer.

It would be great if mails that are tagged as spam could also be marked as read

Smartermail posting option
We are using Plesk with remote smartermail server. When creating a mailing list in Plesk, only the Moderator can send "Post" to that mailing list by default. We manually have to go into smartermail as domain admin and change the the Posting to "Anyone" which should be the default settings. See for details https://help.smartertools.com/SmarterMail/v2/Default.aspx?qq=%2FSmarterMail%2Fv2%2FTopics%2FDomainAdmin%2FLists%2FGeneralSettings.aspx
We would like to have this option available in Plesk.2 votesThis feature request is mainly about a default configuration request of Smartermail, an external component. It also did not gain popularity during the past years. And as mentioned in the comments, Smartermail has already improved their product to include more options in the settings. For these reasons we must decline the request.

It will be better if you stop your domain service and switch to another business.Domain service is not your cup of tea.
Hopeless server. No database upload facility.Mail server doesn't work properly.Service is so late that I can reach to support stuff physically in that time.I would like to recommend other users to leave this server.
1 voteSorry, you are currently talking to software development company (Parallels), not to your domain service provider.

Access suspended subscription owned by administrator
Plesk version: 11.5
Very simple: as title says, if I suspend domain which is created by me, administator, I'm no longer able to access subscription domains/mails through Control Panel.

Add custom dns recursion settings via Plesk GUI or CLI and avoid overwriting by Plesk
Going to Tools & Settings > DNS Template > DNS Recursion Settings, it's not possible to set a custom list of IPs or hostnames, it's only possible to choose between different options: any host, localnets, localhost.
As a workaround to this limitation, i'ts required to customize the options section in the /etc/named.conf file, but it gets overwritten by Plesk.
Please, add the possibility to customize the dns recursion settings via Plesk GUI and to keep the custom allow-recursive set in /etc/named.conf file.
2 votesThis feature is already available since version Plesk Obsidian 18.0.42.

blacklist subdirectories of domains
Inside Tools & Settings > Mail Server Settings > Black List > Add Addresses. I want to black list all sub directory domains such as ..us but i cannot because
Separate multiple addresses with a new line, a white space, a tab, a comma, or a semicolon. There must be no non-ASCII characters to the left of the @ sign. Addresses can contain "" and "?" wildcards (for example, *@domain.com, user?@.com). Non-ASCII parts of domain names must not contain wildcards. I do not want to block domains such as .us just the all the sub domains directory…1 voteThank you for your input!
