Since Plesk Onyx you will be able to install memcache as a Docker container and configure http(s) proxy rule for it to map to your web app.

There are a lot of other panels and hosters offering OpenLiteSpeed as web server, Plesk with Apache+nginx is a lot slower. If you don't add OpenLitespeed to Plesk, users will move to another panel or platform that speeds up our sites.
