  2. Two factor authentication (2FA) for Service and Additional Admin Accounts

    Currently Plesk supports Clef and Google Authenticator for Plesk admin accounts.

    However if a customer creates additional user accounts (service accounts with owner rights for example) the 2FA option is not available.

    We would appreciate this feature especially in combination with multi-server management, where one customer may have multiple admins and multiple domain subscriptions.

  3. forwarding HTTP(S) requests from the source server to the target

    In case of migration and the customer use 3rd party Name servers, it would be useful to be able to redirect all requests that come to old ip to the new server ip.
    This will helpp to avoid downtime

  4. Disable permission to edit My profile for customers' account in Service Plan

    Add possibility to disable permission for editing My profile for customers' account in Service Plan, therefore customer will not be able to go to Plesk > Account > My profile

  5. Anonymize IP in logs instead of disabling them completely

    It would be great to have an option to anonymize IP addresses, not to disable it completely to get rid of issues with statistics displaying. For example as it is for Plesk on Linux.

    Currently, Plesk for Windows has an option to completely disable IP addresses logging In Tools & Settings > Server Settings which affects web statistics.

  6. Allow migration tool to re-synchronize all domains at once

    The ability to re-synchronize data upon migration is great.
    But when you are migrating a dozen or a hundred domain, it is painful to click re-synchronize on each domain one by one.

    Please, add a button allowing to re-synchronize all domains at once.

  7. Add option to use subscription username as a database prefix (ex. mydomain_wordpress)

    We can use customer username as a database prefix, however customer username is not descriptive enough comparing to subscription username.

  8. let the user manage the disk space while the subscription is suspended.

    Let the subscriber delete the emails by him/herself to make some space when the allowed disk space is overused. Now we can't do anything to make space once the subscription is suspended. Have to call the support every time. It's really fraustrating!!!

  9. Fail2Ban automatically send report to abuse contact of IP owner

    Fail2Ban may send abuse reports to IP owners of blocked IPs.

    The report should include a predefined message, the relevant part of log files, and full signature of sysadmin.

    The abuse e-mail address for a IP could be automatically retrieved with a RIPE Database Query.

  10. Windows Subsystem for Linux (WSL) - features from Linux to Windows

    Please add support for Linux tools (and programming languages, such as Ruby) to Windows through Windows Subsystem for Linux (WSL) and support for PLESK. Of course in the future. This function, in my opinion, is of great importance and gives Plesk a great advantage.

    Windows Server 2016 (1709) supports Windows Subsystem for Linux (WSL), Semi-Annual Channel.

    Windows Subsystem for Linux (WSL) will be implemented in all versions of Windows Server 2019.

    I suppose that it would be better to move your hosting to Plesk for Linux if you want to use Linux technologies. Some years ago Apache was supported by Plesk for Windows but it was dropped due to high business cost and insufficient reliability and relevance. Therefore I’m not sure that it is good idea to spread resources to support Linux technologies on Windows servers.

    But anyway, thank you for your input! Maybe we will consider this functionality in upcoming releases if it will be popular.

  11. Ability to enable "Serve static files directly by nginx" by default.

    It would be nice if, in general, I could enable "Serve static files directly by nginx" by default in Service Plans > Web Server.

    This would also have the added side effect of solving the problem where the default Plesk web site page is blank when PageSpeed is enabled.

  14. Add support for MySQL Governor for CloudLinux

    Currently Plesk does not support MySQL Governor feature https://docs.cloudlinux.com/index.html?mysql_governor.html
    and mapping file /etc/container/dbuser-map has to be updated manually

    Plesk already has integration with CageFS and LVM and detects it once those features installed on the server. It would be great if support for MySQL Governor be implemented in future.

  15. Exclude mailboxes for a specific domain from a backup

    Hello,

    While creating backup via Plesk control panel it would be great to have ability exclude email accounts of particular domain name, not all email accounts at once.
    This is due to the fact that when the mail accounts are very large, it significantly increases the time to create a backup, and causes it's freezing as a result.

    When removing a domain from Plesk, if the domain is associated with other domains then a warning should appear to show what associated domains would also be removed. Without this warning, it may remove the entire Plesk subscription along with all associated domains, which is not easily recoverable.

  18. If target FTP folder is missing from FTP repository, Plesk Backup Manager shall create it

    When it comesto FTP Backup one can configure external FTP space and det a folder to be used.

    If that folder does not exist Plesk errors out this fact and the normal user is somehow lost.

    It would be a nice feature to have a checkbox to be checked that says "create folder structure if not existing".

  20. Put all nginx directives into one server block

    Hello,
    As it is possible to put more than one listen directives, putting only one server block would optimize a lot the Nginx config file.
    Also putting the index directive into the server part would avoid to put it in every / locations.
