  2. Mail Alias Domain - all domains in a subscription should be able to be selected

    If you create a new Mailbox in a subscription, an E-Mail alias can only be created on the same domain as the mailbox is created. It should be possible, if there are more than one domain in a subscription that an e-mail alias can use another domain as the mailbox.

    e.g.
    Subscription1 has domain1.com and domain2.com forwarding to domain1.com

    mailuser1@domain1.com should be possible to have an alias mailuser1@domain2.com

  3. Mail log Analyser via Panel (only for admin)

    Way to filter Mail log via Panel (only for admin), it is necessary to view messages statistics for particular mail account.

    We released the ‘Mail Log Browser’ extension

    https://ext.plesk.com/packages/942273dc-a99b-4744-9e8f-c4a4b047c63d-log-browser

    This extension allows you to check the statuses of all emails sent to and from your server by reviewing maillog and filtering by date, source, or any string pattern; also it’s possible to check mail logs in real-time (‘tail -fn0’ analog).

    It’s available for Plesk Administrators and supports Postfix and Qmail mail servers.

  4. Limit Service Plans management to Additional Administrators (Restricted Mode) and Resellers

    We are trying to create an Additional Administrator with Restricted Mode or Resellers but it's not possible to restrict those users to manage the Service Plans.

    It would be great to add the possibility to hide the Service Plans option in the menu by restricting their permissions.

  5. Setup vacation auto-reply via RoundCube webmail

    • RoundCube webmail by Default provide a Vacation auto reply
    • The option should not be hide in settings.
    • Able to setup start and End date.
    • Possible to set a limit to one message per day for each account.

    Over several years this request has only received a few votes. Also, in Roundcube it is possible to create an auto-reply using "Filters", so there is basically an option to create auto-replies from Roundcube.

    Roundcube is a separate 3rd party product that is not maintained by and cannot be extended by Plesk. Roundcube extensions can be purchased by server admininistrators seperately and are not sold by Plesk either.

    Instead, a flexible auto-reply function is already available in Plesk mail configuration. For that reason we close this request.

  9. Mail filtering by Subject in Plesk Email Security

  10. Create the option "Maximum number of incremental backups to store" on Plesk

    Currently it is possible to limit the "Maximum number of full backups to store" which is valid for Full backups only, it would be good to have a similar option to limit the "Maximum number of incremental backups to store"

  11. ActiveSync support on Roundcube and Horde (Push)

    ActiveSync is a necessary tool for most businesses today as it allows them to have everything in one place and stream it automatically to every device they use. Users with mobile phones and tablets can easily sync their contacts, calendars, notes and emails via activesync and users with outlook and other mail clients can sync contacts, mail and perhaps notes.

    We do not have such plans,
    You can easily see all the necessary parameters for mail client configuration. Just click the (i) icon to the right of your mailbox in Plesk interface and you will see this information there.
    Also you can use Roundcube webmail.

  13. Always add headers to mail checked by SpamFilter with Plesk installed on Windows OSes

    For now SpamAssassin on Plesk for Windows does not add any headers to mail messages which were processed by it and not identified as spam. It would be good feature to add header showing that SpamAssassin actually processed this messages to all mail messages, even not spam one.
    This could be helpful in order to monitor SpamAssassin functionality to understand if it works in general or not. Plus, some Spam checkers may show that mail inside mailbox were not checked at all, which is concerning.

    We are happy to announce that the ability to Track Email Delivery is now available in Log Browser 1.8.0. In the new version, Plesk customers (as well as Plesk administrators) can track email delivery and manage deferred emails right in the domain card (under the "Mail" tab).

  15. Deliver the emails externally when the mail service is disabled in Plesk Obsidian with SmarterMail

    Currently, when mail service is disabled in a domain hosted in Plesk Obsidian with SmarterMail, Plesk disables the mail service for the domain in SmarterMail.

    This causes a problem when trying to send an email to this domain because SmarterMail considers the domain is disabled with the following error in the log files:

    Delivery for jsmith@domain.tld to jdoe@example.com has bounced. Reason: The domain is disabled

    Plesk should do the following when mail service is disabled:
    - Keep the domain enabled in SmarterMail
    - Configure the Inbound Message Delivey from Local to External

  16. speed limits for hosting server over ftp.

    It would be very nice to have a possibility to limit for all uploads via ftp. Imagine what will happen if You have a unlimited disk for some hosting plans and all users all (about 40) are uploading their 4k videos on server. If there will be possibility to limit upload speed, then ok, otherway they will use all Your network capacity,......

  17. Allow Backups without including Mail

    Either allow all stored mail to be scanned for viruses because established web sites may have mail stored before appropriate software was avaiable to remove it, or alow backups to not include any mail, because I cannot rid the problem from my backups without deleting my entire mail system for several web sites and starting over.

  18. Remove the certificate for securing mail from Plesk

    There is no option to remove Certificate for securing mail via Plesk UI, the only option is to switch it to another.

    Please add feature to unassign the certificate.

  19. put a Junk button in the mail box

    I receive a lot of junk mail in my box, your filter doesn't screen them all and a Junk button would come in very handy and prevent these mail from coming through in the future.

  20. Web statistics reset to single domain.

    Need a "WebStatistic reset" function to the single domain in the subscription.
    A situation when statistics was abnormally for the domain may happen - virus activity or human errors. Such abnormal statistics may cause a block of the domain because it going out from service plan limit.
