  1. Add the ability to enable or disable Plesk Premium Email for particular mailboxes

    Currently, Plesk Premium Email can be enabled only for a subscription.
    But Plesk Premium Email license differ by a number of users, so, to not exceed the license limit, it'll be handy to define which particular mailboxes on a subscription have the ability to use Plesk Premium Email

  3. Add ability to sign DKIM when Mail service is disabled for domain

    Currently, when mail service is disabled for domain the DKIM signature is not working.

    It should be able to disable mailservices for specific domains (because 3rd party mail service like gmail, microsoft's exchange online etc. is used), while messages
    sent by web application (php mail() function) should still have a valid DKIM signature.

    It is required to add ability to sign DKIM when Mail service is disabled for domain

  4. Make Quota for ftp-user on plesk for linux available

    Want to have a quota per user as it possible on Plesk for Windows.
    Not a limit over hard-disk quota via subscription.

  5. Improvements for Outgoing Mail Control - block mailboxes that send messages to non-existent destination

    It would be great to have the ability to temporarily block mailboxes/domains that send messages to non-existent recipients (external or internal destinations). Such messages not only get deferred and gets stuck in queue, but also increase chances of blacklisting server IP.

  7. Add SRS - Sender Rewriting Scheme to Linux

    SRS is available in Windows on external mail servers, but it isn't available in any mail server in Linux. More and more domains have SPF and more and more mail servers reject e-mails that don't pass SPF check.

    So please add support for SRS in Linux.

  8. Mail Importing improvement

    Within the "Mail Importing" section it would be helpful to show percentages of work (and other stats) and a remove button to hide old unnecessary import requests.

  9. More action in the Mail Queue postfix flush for example

    instead of going into ssh action, could you place buttons in the plesk panel in Mail Queue in order to have deeper information and action possibilities.

  10. Set a senders email address for Plesk notifications

    I am sending mails from an external server, my Plesk Servers do not even have mail setup. Plesk offers the option to send notification mails (like backup errors,...) using an external SMTP server, but all mails get sent using the mail address
    root@servername.domain.tld

    My SMTP server does not have this mail address or even domain setup. I would like to set a custom email address for Plesk to send mails from in order to not have to set up a domain and mail address for every Plesk server.

  12. PES ClamAV x-virus-status

    PES ClamAV does not add the header x-virus-status for outgoing emails. Only for incoming.

    It would be nice to have the header for outgoing emails as well.

  13. Add the ability to limit swap under Cgroups Control Manager

    When cgroups v2 is engaged under Cgroups Control Manager in Plesk, it's able to only control MemoryMax variable on the user slice which happens to be RAM memory. Add a feature of limiting the amount of swap usage as well which happens to be a MemorySwapMax variable in order to prevent subscriptions from occupying all swap when the limit on RAM was reached.

  14. add individual configuration for mail for domains

    Many customers wish an external E-Mail Server for reason of security, firewall, and so on.
    It should be possible to configure, that a mailbox or Domain can only receive messages from a specific IP or external Mailserver.

  15. Add mail security features

    Allow us to enable some e-mail security features for each e-mail account like ...
    - Removal of any attachement
    - Removal of any hyperlink (except images)
    - Set a clear warning text like "DON'T TRUST THIS MAIL" in red/bold to be injected in each mail

  18. Make Plesk more robust when concurrent operations were made

    In many cases, iftwo admins are doing operations on the Plesk GUI at the same time, issues arises.

    For example, if you switch the IP for outgoing mail while you're restoring a domain backup, such domain will change their IP automatically to a wrong one, and the whole domain stops working.

  19. Temporarily remove insert, update permissions from database when a pre-defined size-limit (quota) is exceeded

    When mysql database size reaches it's quota e.g. 1GB insert,update permissions are removed for that databases users. permissions are restored when database is within quota.

    in short it should stop the ability of the database growing in size but not stop basic functions like reading existing data...

    this would be fine to run on the quota check cron or somethng.

  20. Mail-Archiving for single mailboxes

    In Germany we are faced with laws about mail archiving.

    Usually you could do this:

    a) create user@1domain.tld as mailbox
    b) forwardy any imcoming mail to user@2domain.tld

    But this does not work fully.

    We need to copy ANY mail sent or received by user@1domain.tld into a mail-archive which is NOT an eMail-adress like user@2domain.tld.

    Instead we need to save the communication for up to ten years in a database or like to hand this out to law enforcement when it comes to compliance issues. Is there any package out there within Pleask who can be…

    We see the need that in some markets mail archiving could be important. However, the large number of different laws, regulations not only by country, but also by business types make it almost impossible to provide a "one size fits all" mail archiving solution. Even for the German GoBD, special interest software exists, while their requirements are quite ordinary compared to some U.S. regulations or specific regulations such as for the health and pharmaceutical sector. In some countries it is required to remove outdated personal mails for privacy reasons, in some others it is required to keep such mails, etc. 

    As all these need special configurations and this request did not become popular, at this time we are not planning to implement an audit-proof mail archiving solution, it would just be an unreasonable investment considering the low popularity of this request.
