Make Visual Studio Code projects deployment possible from non-root SSH
Visual Studio code deployment on Plesk for Linux doesn't work as intended if a non-root user with SSH enabled is used. Therefore, only root can be used to deploy projects.

Improve the autodiscover functionality for email significant
At the moment "auto discover functionality for email" in plesk is supported, but you can hardly call it "supported". Come on plesk team!
- Outlook: barely supported, mostly isn't working
- Thunderbird: supported, but not 100% (for example the outgoing server port I have configured as 587 in the SRV record is not applied)
- Mac OS or iOS: not supported
- other mail clients apps: barely supported
Please improve this functionality significant so plesk can correctly call this "supported".

Force root ssh login to "without-password", with GUI option to "enable root login with password for 10 minutes"
Twofold:
1) Create a scheduled process that reconfigures /etc/ssh/sshd_config
-- if "PermitRootLogin" is enabled, change it to "without-password"2) Add an option in the GUI to allow ssh root login with password for 10 minutes, 30 minutes or 60 minutes

2 votesThis request did not become popular. Placing content outside a subscription also poses a security risk. We must decline this.

manage root user event handlers **VIA THE UI** without blocking their existence entirely
ability to block access to create / manage root user event handlers VIA THE UI without blocking their existence entirely (i.e. so that CloudLinux installer would work, which I presume creates the event handlers via CLI, but the Plesk admin would not have access via UI to touch them or create event handlers of their own that would effectively give them root access to the underlying server).

Add an option to hide directories owned by root (/bin /dev /etc ,,, )
Add an option to hide directories owned by root (/bin /dev /etc ,,, ) from user's directory while accessing over FTP or via File Manager.
1 voteWe acknowledge that technical files and directories can be a distraction for users who are inexperienced. Then again, such users who don't know why bin, dev, etc are needed are unlikely to login through SSH to execute system level commands. So why would you want to provide chrooted access to them in the first place?
A single vote for this feature during 2 years makes it hard to justify developing an option for hiding the directories. For that reason we must decline it.

Improve REST API: add a function to upload files into a domain's document root
Add a function to upload files to domain's document root using API requests.
1 voteThank you for your suggestion! Plesk offers multiple interfaces to change to configure and change settings in Plesk. Such as the REST API, the XML-RPC API and CLI utilities. All are designed to configure and change settings via a programmable interface.
However non of these interface are meant for managing content. Other scripting methodes for direct file management are more suitable for your objective.

Stop sending the user back to the root path in file manager after clicking on refresh
In the file manager, when I press the refresh button of my browser, plesk changes the path to the root path of domain rather than refreshing the actual folder path.
For example:
I have a domain called tomydna
It is a wordpress installation
So, sometimes, I want to go to wp-content/cache/ to see if cache files and folders are created. Sometimes, I must click on refresh button to see if the server just created new files or new folders.
Unfortunately, when I press the refresh button of my browser there is an unexpected behavior, Plesk sends me back to the …2 votesThank you for your input! big mistake:: in power user view, click on files tab it says wrong: "root directory" Makes Plesk look retarded. Seriously
big mistake:: in power user view, click on files tab it says worng: "root directory" Makes Plesk look retarded. Seriously
Steps to Produce the Problem:
1. Login into Plesk 12, using Power User View
2. Click onthe files tab. This is what comes up (I have added notes to the screenshot).1 voteThank you for reporting this issue, Dan. It was supposed to mean “document root” or “docroot” (http://httpd.apache.org/docs/2.2/mod/core.html#documentroot), not the actual root. Since this is causing confusion, we will fix the issue in upcoming Plesk releases. Internal ID for your reference is PTD-593.
We are closing this request as irrelevant, since it’s a bug report, not a feature request. We would appreciate if you could report bugs in Plesk on our forum at http://forum.odin.com. Thank you.

Add Keyfile Option to Migration Manager
In Migration Manager we need to provide a root user and password so that Plesk can access the source server. But providers like Amazon do not give you a root password by default. It would be great to have an option to upload the key file for the migration. Plesk could save it for future sessions, or offer to delete it after the migration.
