    On the "Mail" page, perhaps add a feature to give each mail account to have a category, so you can organise the mails list page.

  2. create a mail group report

    Please allow us to report on mail groups: email with forwarding. We use this frequently and cannot idenitfy by email, what groups it is a member of.

  4. bring back "Mail Group" functionality.

    In plesk 8 and 9, there were "Mail Groups" where you could simply check members of the local domain that you wanted to include. Now you must type in every recipient of a forwarding account manually. More critically, if you delete a user on the local domain, they are not automatically removed from the forward list like they were when Mail Group functionality existed. This means bounces start to occur until they are removed from every forward list they're in.

  5. UI for outgoing/incomming Email senders/receivers with top 10 Stats like isoqlog

    We use the isoqlog http://www.enderunix.org/isoqlog/ to identify spam Domains and Users.

    With Top list of Domains and Users

  6. SSH access to only httpdocs folder

    Really need to have an user access via ssh to only httpdocs folder not root.
    It is necessary for example to grant time-limit access for spesific user.

  7. Help/Handbook -> E-Mail -> Configure your Email-Client

    the help how you can configuring
    the mailclient, protokoll, , security and the ports..
    Read out for the Mail-Server and get the configurationx to the help for the users .

    in different versions, for TB, Outlook, and other Mail-clients

  8. If disk limit reached don't suspend website but block access for owner to website

    If the website reached the hard disk limit it is required that website still remain live but owner cant add new images or blogs. Instead of suspending website.

  12. Customer email notification when mailbox quota exceeded

    It would be a very useful feature to have an email automatically injected to a customers mailbox when their quota is close to the limit and another when the mailbox quota has been exceeded with advice (customisable) on how to resolve the problem.

    Sometimes clients are unaware/forget their quota and if accessing via outlook/smartphone etc they are not aware of the limit being reached. This can result in several days without emails or emails being rejected with a "mailbox full" autoresponder. Ironically this means anyone sending emails to the…

  13. Remote Smartermail - Specify mail IP

    we are using remote smartermail.

    We have 3 plesk onyx servers that we want to use 1 Smartermail server but we want each Plesk server to use a IP for mail

    ie Plesk-1 would use Mail IP xx.xx.xx.xx.01
    Plesk-2 would use Mail IP xx.xx.xx.xx.02
    etc

    currently when plesk creates domains on remote smartermail it uses "default IP" this is what we would like to be able to customize in Plesk.

  14. Additional password complexity for Mail accounts

    Please, add posibility to prevent users create password for mail accounts like "12345", "admin", need to prevent spamming.

    Maybe you create additional mysql tables (bad password for mail accounts.)

  16. auto Responder e-mail E-Mail with functions

    It would be really nice, if you can ad a autoresponder funktion with additional features like

    -startdate
    -Timefunktion (start at 8.00 or finish 17.00 h)
    -repeat function (example: every monday and tuesday)
    -activation per app
    -html in content area

  18. Add <ip1>, <ip2>, <ip3> placeholders to DNS template

    Mail server on windows sends email from specific IP
    It's required to setup SPF record in DNS template to include all server public IP addresses.
    If mail server outgoing IP and public IP is changed in the future, the DNS will update the new IP automatically for all domains.

    Example: "v=spf1 ip4:<ip> ip4:<ip2> ip4:<ip3> ~all"

  19. Add event handlers per domain for switching mail service on/off

    It'd be really useful to be able to call handlers for when the mail service for a domain is switched on/off. The only variable needed is probably the domain name. The on/off handlers should be available for both domain and subdomain.

    Add to Service Plans Template if the backup use space of hosting or adicional space with limit.

    If set space hosting use the "System Configuration Setting" for calculating disk space usage
